Requires location services “always on”

It’s ridiculous that this app requires location services to be always on to use remote check-in. You could absolutely implement this feature without requiring us to give you total access to our locations.
There are other minor issues with this app, but the unnecessary privacy intrusion is the biggest by far.
Used to be a good app

I’m not sure when it happened but this app went from very useful to annoying to use and not useful. It also glitches in various ways that make it very difficult to find information on. I hope they update and fix this app, it was great when it worked properly.
Unable to acces

Ive been trying to use this app for over a week and still doesn't work right. Is there a problem with compatibility with I phone X? I cant get on a waitlist. Today the button doesn't even show up. Very bad for first impressions. Frustrating, i don't want to send anyone there if it doesn't work.
