I really wish they would add your screen name to the waitlist once you add yourself on a cash game. It’s impossible to see where you’re at on the list. Plus the timer to check in at the casino is a little distracting. But the biggest thing is adding the ability to see where you’re at on the list would be a huge improvement.

App stopped working after last update. It gives me an error message saying “can not sign in, check your connection and try again later”

I have used PokerAtlas for years and although having to keep location services always on to sign up to games was frustrating overall it has been a very useful app with good information.

Hope developers can fix log in issue soon would like to be able to use it again

As an Over The Road (OTR) truck driver, I find PokerAtlas helpful. The one thing that would I would love to see, is parking availability for semi trucks. If the people that create PokerAtlas could make one phone call per destination and ask if they are semi-truck friendly, then indicate it. I can only hope ;)

The barrage of error messages that continual pop up if you turn off location services make PokerAtlas literally unusable. There is simply no reason why PokerAtlas shouldn’t be able to work with location services turned off. A single warning message instead of the constant pop ups would also resolve the issue.

The Social Room I visit always has long wait times. PokerAtlas allows putting your name on the waitlist before you arrive. When I get there I usually get a table within minutes.

Poker Atlas shows you what casinos expect to run tournaments and what kinds of tables they spread, etc. I drove a long way to Sycuan Casino only to find that they were cancelling their tournament because of the WMA fight. The competition at their 3/2 table was pretty good however.

It’s ridiculous that PokerAtlas requires location services to be always on to use remote check-in. You could absolutely implement this feature without requiring us to give you total access to our locations.

There are other minor issues with PokerAtlas, but the unnecessary privacy intrusion is the biggest by far.

If you use your iPhone in Dark Mode you can’t read any of the games or tournaments in PokerAtlas . After that’s fixed, it’s great. Pain to switch my phone mode back and forth just for one app, though.

Overall good. Crashes occasionally but not often.

Some of the design could be more consistent with “standard “ design that we’re used to, but not bad.

Tournament waitlists should be in tournament section, not cash game.

Can’t seem to find my favorites tab or list.

Much better than Bravo (but that’s a low bar to hurdle).

Ability to join wait list is long time coming.

I’m not sure when it happened but PokerAtlas went from very useful to annoying to use and not useful. It also glitches in various ways that make it very difficult to find information on. I hope they update and fix PokerAtlas, it was great when it worked properly.

Ive been trying to use PokerAtlas for over a week and still doesn't work right. Is there a problem with compatibility with I phone X? I cant get on a waitlist. Today the button doesn't even show up. Very bad for first impressions. Frustrating, i don't want to send anyone there if it doesn't work.

Love PokerAtlas when it works. Lately it has been crashing, not connecting, and just plain lagging. Bummer because poker is my second income so it might be time to find another way to find a table.

It’s so annoying when you’re trying to find a spot to play but PokerAtlas continues to have connection error and no its not my phone service. They need to fix issue.

The reviews are right. PokerAtlas didn’t work from the start. Error message pops up immediately and says bad connection. Wish it actually worked.

PokerAtlas crashes when i open it, guys do something

Update for IOS broke app. It opens and then just closes.

So you fixed it for IOS 13 however with my iPhone in dark mode most of your text is in a white font on a white background. Can’t read it. Normal light mode works fine.

New update would not open.

The information for the tournaments is ALWAYS messed up —even after an update. There must have been 10 updates since i have owned PokerAtlas and it never gets corrected. Missing data, missing days, etc.....

PokerAtlas worked for the last couple of months but now keeps crashing.
