I have to re-login almost every time I try to access TheTelegraphNews , so once I reach the 5 article limit, I generally give up rather than spending time trying to remember my login or waiting for it to access another platform to retrieve my info. I have a digital subscription. I’m not sure why TheTelegraphNews can’t save my login details from session to session. If there is time out of some sort, that seems odd and it’s not common practice on any other app I have. Also, when I click on a link to an article - it often redirects me to a completely unrelated article.

You just updated TheTelegraphNews to fix issues however issues remain. Updated TheTelegraphNews as directed by the message when I clicked on it and it went straight to the McClatchy Group apps-all of them instead of updating TheTelegraphNews . I tried deleting then adding back and still the same issue. I tried clicking on TheTelegraphNews again and it told me to update TheTelegraphNews again. Can’t get past this message to update.

I am attempting to change my payment information & I have had to sign in multiple times because after I click on change payment info, it takes me to a blank page. I’m done!

My elderly mother & her elderly neighbor have not received a newspaper in weeks
They have both called the 1-800 number and still no paper.
This sorry excuse for a newspaper charges them 60 dollars a month for a product they never get .
My next step is to call the State Attorney and to leave this review EVERYWHERE.

The website does not update enough. Same stuff for days

Can only get a small portion ( 1/3 ) of the screen on I-Pad for the Macon Telegraph which in my opinion is pretty bad. It comes up right in the format but when I push the paper sign it goes to the 1/3 scale, pain to read in that small of a space.

Not happy with trying to read on my iPad. Is there a way to view in a pdf version?

iPhone works but iPad won’t download eedition several days now, sent msg to customer service thru app. Tried deleting and reloading app still no good

Good grief ... People expect everything to be free. Newspaper editors need to make a living, too. I pay for my newspaper subscription AND this one ... And it's worth knowing what's going on in the community. If you don't wanna pay ... Delete TheTelegraphNews and download the 13WMAZ app and you'll see that you get what you pay for.

The interface is a bit dated. Many other news apps have figured out far better interfaces for reading the news. So please update TheTelegraphNews for 2012 because right now it looks like something from 2007. Another Huge complaint is that you are not allowed to see you or to write comments on the stories. Commenting on stories is a huge draw and makes it far more interactive And likely for me to use TheTelegraphNews more often. So update TheTelegraphNews to a more modern interface and allow commenting and I'll change my rating. Print subscribers should also be allowed to keep free online access and not be charged extra. It's fine to charge a digital only subscription model but don't charge extra for print subscribers.

Decent design for access to the website material, but ZERO access to the print version. Given I subscribe to the print/digital version, what's the point in subscribing?

Bring back access!

I've just downloaded TheTelegraphNews and taken a look at it. The information I was looking for was easy to find. TheTelegraphNews , so far, seems to be user friendly and intuitive. If frequent using changes my perspective, I'll let you know.

TheTelegraphNews was great... But now I get to about 10 articles and it wants me to sign into a paid subscription account that I know nothing about nor do I care to join. Thank goodness there are other great Macon news apps available. Uninstalled. **update** Found a Groupon and paid for a 2-yr subscription. All was well for a month and then it just quit! Wants me to enter my email and password for every single news article! Ridiculous.

It's a great news app, but please bring back the ability to filter Houston/Peach and Macon news.

I updated my iOS three days ago, and since then TheTelegraphNews refuses to open. The loading screen shows up, but then it takes me back to my phones home screen. Before this, I have had no problem.

I enjoy the convenience if reading my daily paper on my phone.
