bought 4 taylor swift tickets through Stubhub and was told that I would have to get tickets through Ticketcorner. I received them but had to sell 2 of them. Stubhub says the 2 tickets have been resold but they told me to contact you to see how I can transfer the tickets. I have your app but there is no option to transfer the 2 tickets. Please help? My sale expires today and I am getting on a flight in about an hour. Please expedite?

I’m so frustrated. I’ve been trying for two days to purchase tickets for an event in Zurich from the website and they won’t accept my visa. They keep saying my card number is wrong even though it’s not. Now I’m trying the app and I can’t even select the tickets.
