Swedbank is now hopelessly terrible. It used to be bad but acceptable. This app is already as bad as it can get, and the staff are inefficient, intrusive, mostly just rude to customers! I don’t see any good reasons to use Swedbank rather than a bank. I will not use this app or this bank ever again!

Swedbank claims that 50% of their clients in the Baltics Are russian-speaking - but for some reason they have removed Russian language from the App. It is now inconvenient for me to use this App.

1. No underlying difference between mobile website version and application.
2. Missing a lot of functions comparing to desktop version:
2.1 Account statement in pdf for any period
2.2 Payment history for any period
2.3 Appoint meeting with client manager based on selected branch
2.4 Smart id: outdated technology requiring additional applications which another piece of crap (got new iPhone and you are forced to register again, drains battery)
