The new update has made it so difficult just to see what time the bus is going to get to stops. I’ll check the night before and set an alarm but the time is constantly changing. I’m not understanding at all when the bus is coming, just a constant fear that I’ve either missed it or it’s extremely late. Had to wait for 10+ minutes for buses today so I’m super frustrated. I’ll literally check the time before I head out and check it again when I reach my bus stop (a 2min walk) and it’ll be different... 1:51 becomes 1:45 and I’m left stressing over if I need a ride while I wait for the bus. Please bring back original version while new one is being worked on, I can barely rely on bus for transportation like this...

I always referred people to this app because I found it much easier to use than others, and it allows you to click on each stop to see the different routes. The update still lets you do this, but in a much more confusing way (bring back the exact times when the buses come, not just how many minutes until the next one). Also, the old version told you how many minutes late/what time a bus would actually be arriving, and I think this version does too (?) but in a completely unnecessary way. The app also took 3min to load once I opened it.

Hello, I am an executive coding project manager with Bustrack. We are happy to continue developing an app which disadvantages students all over, especially the off-campus population. Every day, our team is determined to make sure every student without a dorm is late to class; with no schedules or maps available at times, how could they ever be on time?!
