Used to be a good app, but now it’s horrible

I used to love this app. It worked great and would give me info on callers. Now it gives me nothing. At one point, I paid $40 for the upgraded version to get better results, but the app was later updated and now it wants me to sign up for premium service…? Why did I pay $40 already?
I keep it in my phone hoping somebody it will return to its previous functionality, but every time I try to check a number, it fails me.
This all is a waste of time and money. Great app idea, but apparently greed of the developer has ruined it. Fix it and I’ll redo my review.
This app is DANGEROUS- BEWARE!!

This app prevented me from calling 911. I am not joking of confused. My husband had a medical emergency and I repeatedly attempted to call for help, but my call would not go through. I had to call my father-in-law, and in a panic, scream for him to have an ambulance sent to our home. It was the most terrifying event of my life. Once we were at the hospital, I had a moment to look at my phone to try and troubleshoot what had happened— each call I had attempted to make to 911 was flagged by Number Guru, and was canceled. I had more than a half dozen unsuccessful calls!!!

This was my go to app when I would get calls from unknown numbers. Now I assume it is a pay to view site only. The only information I get from this app now is what shows on the caller if which is the number calling and the city and state the number is calling from. Very limited info now. I understand the fact that they are trying to make money but you should have a little better features for the free version. I guess I will have to delete this app and find another
