I have a problem with KSL Weather

User reports:
No current problems

- The app's forecast is quite different from what is on the weather report on KSL, which can be confusing for the user.

- The app sometimes gives alerts for the wrong location, which is annoying for the user.

- The latest update of the app stopped working on the user's iPhone, and they have not received any response from customer service.

- The recent update of the app removed color, making it less visually appealing and harder to quickly see the weather conditions.

Weather videos will not update. Have the same video from three weeks ago...

To resolve KSL Weather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the KSL Weather App
1. On android, goto Settings » KSL Weather » click [Force Stop]

Clear KSL Weather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KSL Weather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KSL Weather.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KSL Weather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KSL Weather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KSL Weather
