I want to leave Boursorama and the button to do so on your website has been bugging for 3 weeks
When I reach out to customer support, I receive a no reply answer 10 days after my request telling about the process, so I have to find the way to send you an email again
Really bad customer support experience :-(
And the reason for leaving is that your so called “insurance” didn’t work the only time I want it + you take fees on foreign transactions when other people don’t

BoursoBank works very well and is slick. However, on the iPad you’re forced to remain in portrait mode which is slightly annoying if you use your iPad for work or with a folio keyboard.

Almost any app action opens in internal browser. Even if it reminds me of good old 2010, It’s too lame for a decent banking app.

Très simple d'utilisation sur mon iPhone, elle aurait été parfaite si il y avait moyen de mémoriser une liste de valeurs suivre leurs évolutions sans avoir besoin de rentrer son mot de passe à chaque fois. Super service en tous cas

La fonction de suivi de virement est inutile car ne donne pas la liste cohérente et à jour. Les listes sont illisibles. Le bouton virements de l'accueil, il fait cliquer deux fois lors d'authentification. Par rapport au concurrent l'appli est vraiement mal faite surtout que c'est pour une banque en ligne!!!

Oui, ils ont "simplement oublié" que nous sommes de plus en plus nombreux à utiliser l'iPad qui, surtout pour ce type d'utilisation est tellement plus approprié !
La moindre des choses eu été de faire, à l'occasion de la mise à jour, une application multiplateforme.
Ils en ont les moyens, ils ne l'ont pas fait en toute connaissance de cause.
