Bug in program and slow support: Have to find an alternate receipt recorder

We have been using the software for quite some time. Recently we noticed that when we pick Client A, the software records Client C instead. It is either a bug in the software or something in the database has gone corrupt.
It has been a week and we don’t have a solution yet. We are paying a lot on a monthly basis, we are looking to use our own in-house resource to record the receipts in QuickBooks instead.
Upgrade and Charges

I’m having a hard time getting a hold of someone to help me. I upgraded from plus to premium and was charged for both transactions, but still have plus. I can’t finish scanning my expenses until this gets upgraded. Not sure if I’m going to keep this. I thought it would be easier. 🤦🏾♀️

I’m trying to file my taxes and do not have an easy clear option to help me extract my scanned documents.
There is no contact information for Customer service that will help make this easy for me.
That should be number one priority is Customer Service Contact information.
I do Not Recommend anyone use this app!.???
