I just started using PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp and it won’t allow me to access MY pictures 😡. I paid the $3.99 for what? To take a picture with PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp so I can edit it? That’s crazy!! The icing on the cake is, there is no information or help 🤬. But what really chaps my hide is I go into another app and it starts out exactly like this one, and I can get into my pictures, but wait, it’s saying I have to pay $1.99 to have unlimited access 🤯. WHAT, I already paid twice that for PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp. I don’t understand how they have so many positive ratings. I’ve come to the conclusion PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp has ripped off the other one and I’m a sucker that fell for it. I’ll also bet my review gets locked behind the same door my pictures are, never to be seen 😤. Is there any way to get my money back 👿

This works fairly well although the auto mode doesn’t seem to work as well as it used to. What keeps me from 5 stars is if I want to start over with a new photo, I have to click back, back, back, back and the. It asks me if I want to discard my project. It doesn’t toss the project but a “new project” button at the end of the process would be a fantastic add and honestly seems like a HUGE oversight on the part of the developers. Clearly the developers aren’t actually USING PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp or this would’ve been fixed by now.

App states FREE no need to purchase, absolutely free. I’m always careful that I’m not downloading a “free app” that will then charge me after a certain amount of days. I’m fine with a free trial period, and if I like PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp I’ll keep it and know what I’ll be charged, if not I’ll know to cancel it, and when to cancel it. Most are 7 days or 30 days. This one charged me $3.99 after four days, with no notice. If it’s in PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp description it must be hidden or verbiage added after I downloaded.
Shady, misleading, dishonest. I’ve requested a refund; I’ll update here. If it’s a quick refund without a fight I’ll revise my review, if not I will fight, I will not give up, and I’ll post reviews and warnings EVERYWHERE. REPEATEDLY. Over and over and over.

While there are certain filters and effects you can only utilize with an upgraded(paid) account, I think the designers are explicit within the description and honest about the free version. There are still enough useful features and editing options in the free version to make it worth downloading. And, hey, I am grateful that you can get any of the features for free. I think users should keep in mind that developers are under no obligation to give anything away for free...

I really like PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp except for the fact the the overlays , other than the main set of five, when selected never show up to choose from. I’m assuming this is a bug that they are working on. Other than that, it’s a wonderful, easy to use app

I’ve been using PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp since about 2015 or 2016 and liked it quite well... now all of a sudden they are charging a subscription fee. No warning of the change to their long time supporters. I think that long time users should at least be grandfathered in or have the opportunity to purchase for a one time fee instead of monthly or yearly subscriptions. very sad because I enjoyed PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp but I might have to look for an alternative.

I just spent $4.99 for PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp and I can even use any features I tried using the frames I cannot upload my pictures when I go to help all it does is show me how to use the color splash which doesn’t even work well enough you have to have a stylist the size of a pin drop. I am disappointed in this amd I feel for $4.99 there should be more instructions on how to use each frame and option. I really want to use PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp. Please help me with this issue or refund my money.

I have the PC version of this program and it’s great, however, PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp is far from great. Most notably when you are zoomed in on an area to make detailed color adjustments PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp reverts back to a non zoomed state constantly while using my Apple Pencil. It is so frustrating that it makes PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp UNUSABLE for what it is designed for. Kinda like having a really expensive car that you have to stop every 10 feet to put gas in. Plus I think $4.99 is too much for PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp. At best it’s a $2.50 app. ANNOYING! Fix it!

I take professional pictures and I love PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp. I can make my photos black and white with a splash of color where my $1000 camera does not. I can take it on the go so my clients can see what the pictures will look like before we finish the section. I have increased my clientele because of PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp. Thank you so much

PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp is very helpful to me I am 13 years old and love photography and taking pictures of people in poses and nature, and even myself and friends. Since I don't have a regular photography camera I just take all the pictures on my phone and this is the one editing app along with VSCO that I use!?!?!?!?

SO I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp AND VSCO IF U DON’T HAVE IT ALREADY

While I try using PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp , I get a pop up message saying if I want to buy the subscription every 20 seconds or so, I am limited to red and gray colors, all other colors you’ll have to get with the subscription. Overall, I would never in my life ever recommend this to anyone because of how truly greedy these owners are, they can’t be patient and so they just throw pop ups for subscriptions and limit everything to 1 or 2 things you can actually use.

So far. I’m only almost done editing my 1st photo. But so far the only pop up ad was PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp itself asking me to rate it. Which wasn’t so bad now that I’m getting it over with real quick. It has more features than a lot of these splash apps. And it works pretty good.

Thanks for working to make a great app, having to wade through a million apps with the promise of free just to find more ads than what I consider fair amount is such a pain, thanks for being fair and working hard to continue making an already great app, even greater!! 100% real

PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp doesn’t work. I bought the upgrade because I wanted to be able to colorize pictures. The free app only turns them sepia. The pro one is terrible!! I would choose a color, then try to use it and another color would come out. That color would then turn to a third color. Example, I chose gray-blue for the sky. The one that came out was magenta. Then it turned to a different color, like green. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Incidentally, the place that says app support does not lead to app support.

Help is two animations of unreal effects that don’treflect reality of PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp. Support is a link to a single web page with no links to support. For PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp : You can’t control the transparency so red is pink, purple is lilac, etc. over gray photo. You can’t do anything but bright and half transparent colors. There are no blacks. Very disappointing. I’m going to ask Apple for a cancellation and refund.

I just opened PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp for the first time, scanned briefly through the tutorial and took a picture (it would not let me pick from my albums). Every choice I picked wanted me to buy something else (yes, even the ones that did not have a grocery cart symbol on the icon). I don’t have a lot of patience and just wanted to splash some color on a photo like the “free” app picture showed. I will update this review if I can get it to do something in the next 15 minutes.

Most of them have to be completely realistic. So, when I get to play, I enjoy PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp, because there are great features for free and I really appreciate that. I wish that I had more time to use PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp as I think it's a lot of fun.

I added PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp to my arsenal of iOS photo editing, does the job on my iPhone but it’s so small to fine tune and would love if I could use it on my iPad but so far no such luck. Curious if other folks have the same issue? I have the pencil and it would be a beast with this but again, doesn’t upload my photo library.

When I downloaded PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp , I thought that you were going to be able to actually color what you wanted. But instead, it has you pay an additional $10 just to use the actual app(“coloring” the black and white photo). PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp is not that great, it is an absolute ripoff do not download it and try to find something else instead of paying $10. Unless you are willing to pay $10 in addition to PhotoSplashphotoeditorapp , then go ahead and download it!

I guess just playing with it takes time
But seems like right away there is a huge push for buying options
