This is my go-to reference when I’m reading any text in Spanish. I can enter the word exactly as it appears in the text and EnglishSpanishDictionaryG will find it. Of course this is especially helpful for verbs.
The more I use EnglishSpanishDictionaryG the more features I appreciate. I especially like the examples of uses of the word in context. I can explore other words mentioned, such as synonyms and easily return to the word I searched on.

In a single upgrade this product goes from 5 stars to 1 star (and I would give it a zero if I could). In the new version 7.0.0, suddenly the verb conjugation feature no longer works, making EnglishSpanishDictionaryG essentially useless. You would think the developers would have noticed this before releasing the product.

This is by far the best dictionario por Español y Inglis. I'm just starting out learning Español and is a tool I rely on hourly.
I can sort words into personalized categories and then use the flash card feature to quiz myself in each category.
It would be helpful if one could make subcategories and once you make a category, no matter how many times you delete it, it reappears. That aside, this dictionary is worth the $$$!

I purchased this a couple of years ago while learning Spanish and still use it nearly every day. It’s well organized, responsive, and works well. It can be particularly handy at times since it works offline.

I got this because my son is in a dual immersion program. Now I use it for myself even for standard dictionary lookups. The audio is nice for the translation pronunciation and also for explaining words to my son (he hears the English explanation sentence then the same explanation sentence in Spanish). Well made.

This is a good app. It tells you different ways to say the same word in different countries. However, it would be helpful if it also included at least the basic conjugations: past, present and future tenses.
By do i need a nickname?
About 70% of the time the term I look up has no definition at all. This wouldn’t be a problem if I needed and expected a glossary, but this is advertised as a dictionary. Better apps out there for bilingual dictionaries. Important to note that I look up mostly health and medicine related terms so perhaps this is less of a problem for the general content.

I used to like this application very much and used it exclusively for my Spanish class. However, I’m noticing more and more examples of word usage sentences that are derogatory and negatively biased towards females. They are insulting and leave me feeling angry towards the writers. I’m looking for another application instead of this one.
