Ormai era diventata un'abitudine necessaria per spostarsi con i mezzi. Non va più dopo l'aggiornamento!!! Rimane sullo scaricamento dei dati e non va oltre! Sostituitela quanto prima!!!

ATMMilanoOfficialApp had become total garage after the recent update!! Completely useless now that I can't use Route Finder. Fix it or delete ATMMilanoOfficialApp completely because obviously those working on it are wasting their time!!

Do not buy your tickets through ATMMilanoOfficialApp. None of the metro readers read the QR code so you’ll end up buying another ticket. It’s a huge ripoff.

Applicazione veramente schifosa. Prima funzionava ora dopo "l'aggiornamento" e completamente inutilizzabile...
E non parliamo del sito del atm che veramente fa pena.. Non trova mai la via giusta e poi la mappa che usano per rendere il percorso ha due pixel e mezzo! Ma si può fare UNA cosa bene Atm Milano? Figuriamoci se possiamo fidarci della "tecnologia" vostra quando un mezzo che passa puntuale manco a pagarlo oro...

Worked ok to plot a course online. Supposedly has a save favorites button ( gray star) and a remove favorites button (gold star),.....but no STAR button anywhere to press to save a favorite!!!! But if go searching for the save button and hit wrong, very easy to erase your search results and whole route!!! If you are a traveller with limited online access you can be half way to your destination that requires multiple bus and lose all your instructions. Not good. Need to be able to plot course and save it before embarking.

To plan your trip it is easier and faster to use google maps, to buy a ticket, it is easier just to send a text message to ATM instead of paying through PayPal. ATMMilanoOfficialApp crashes frequently. The loading time (logo animation) is long and unnecessary. The layout confusing (when you want to buy a ticket it looks like you can only buy the special Rho ticket, why isn’t a normal ticket listed there?)

L’idea è carina e il nuovo layout è sicuramente meglio di prima. Nella pratica è un disastro; si blocca e chiude spesso, lo schermo col logo ci mette una vita a caricarsi, e a volte quando si usa il biglietto QR e bisogna uscire dai tornelli l’app si chiude da sola e bisogna aspettare qualche minuto per poter uscire. C’è moooolto da migliorare

Non capisco perché non è possibile acquistare i biglietti tipo carnet e i settimanali...bisogna aggiungere anche queste possibilità.

This is the best public transportation app I’ve ever used in the States and abroad. With ATMMilanoOfficialApp, there’s no need to purchase paper tickets for street level tram travel (show inspectors app screen to prove valid time remaining). For underground metro, we used the PNR codes to print out physical tickets or used the QR scanner via iPhone to use directly at the turnstiles. The journey planner provided accurate navigation routes. ATMMilanoOfficialApp links directly to PayPal or credit card, which saved us from fishing for loose change every time we used public transportation The instructions in English are accurate and thorough. I only wish American public transportation authorities would develop a similar and effective app. This is essential for travel in Milan.
