Useless app for tourists.

SMS purchase only works with Italian number, registration doesn‘t work because the confirmation link in the email is broken.

As a tourist, this is completely useless.

Cannot be used without Italian simcard. Tried German sim, number doesn’t match.
1. No number format specified
2. Sms doesn’t say that it works only with Italian simcard
3. Why do I need to enter number to pay with PayPal??

1) Bike stations are missing in your app

2) Bikes often don t lock properly by turning them back even if the green light flashed. Consequence: the system thinks that you are still using one resulting that you can t rent a bike anymore

3) Service is running pretty unstable in general. Stations often show: this service is temporarily unavailable.

confirmation link in email doesn't work - website crashed

Unbelievable trash

App works fine if you have mobile data. But for an alien without an Italian dataplan it can be really expensive using this app. And to be honest... People living in Milan know when and where there busses or Metros arrive or where they are headed to.
