I just got DrumSchool and it does not give me the things I need to learn. So for that I give it 1 star

Very easy to use. Love all the beats. On top of turning on other drummers to this I recommend it to guitar players for practicing with back beats. Need way more Hits, please

I would pay $120 for DrumSchool and it would still be worth it! This is the best drum set app in my opinion. It has been one of the most effective aids that has improved my drumming. 5/5

If possible maybe more practice drill around entire kit and possible more fill patterns

I have found DrumSchool I’ve been looking for. It has everything you will need to improve your drumming. I picked up a lot of bad habits over twenty years but this will help me break everything down and start afresh. It will teach you how to be a professional drummer and it has all the systematic practice tools you need. So shell out the small amount of cash for it. You won’t be disappointed.

I'm a bass player and I use DrumSchool as a drum machine. It's so practical!

I would love if DrumSchool could open on the same page as I closed it. This way I would spend less time clicking around DrumSchool . Not a big issue, but it would help.

If my main instrument were drums, DrumSchool would've been a dream come true. It's guitar, and DrumSchool was still immensely useful to me in adding rhythmic variation to my playing. If you're disciplined enough, you can turn into a mean drum player just by using DrumSchool, without prior drum knowledge (you'd need basic rhythm sight-reading skills only). DrumSchool is extremely extensive and newbie-friendly, you can slow down every example and add/remove different hands/feet and the bass line, or slow down the live recording in fast ones, or take a look at various fills for every rhythm provided (there are hundreds). I run it on 4 devices and even on old ones (iPod 5g, ipad 2) it runs super smoothly. Mr Nemeth needs no introduction as a world class cat(check out his records, esp. "Triumph"), and he clearly put dozens of hrs. of effort into this. A suggestion would be to expand the "African" section slightly. But hey, many people would give you a fraction of this content for this price and make the rest in-app purchases so I'm definitely not complaining. Thanks to Nemeth and the devs for their amazing efforts to provide first-rate drum education for everyone with an apple device and a few bucks (and ideally, a drum kit, though not necessary.)

This is an excellent drum practicing tool - it has tons of exercises and it's so flexible and gives you so many options on how to listen to the exercise - plus there are tons of grooves - all can be practiced with a built in metronome and the accompanying video of how it's actually played on the kit is another great feature - they really thought this thing through....My chops are better already! The only glitch (which I'm sure they'll fix soon) is with the most recent update that allows you slow down the video of the drummer that's demonstrating the practice or groove - once it slows down to a certain point, it starts echoeing and the video loses clarity - but it's still useful. Again, I'm sure they'll realize it and improve this feature. All in all, this is a great app for anyone who doesn't have the time for actual lessons. This is a great alternative for anyone that doesn't have the time or schedule to take actual drum lessons with a private teacher. I highly recommend DrumSchool!!

DrumSchool is great for me. I don't know how useful drummers who have been playing a while would find it but its got enough to keep me going for a long time. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on lessons until I'm good enough to get my money's worth out of them, so DrumSchool is just the right solution. It will definitely get me through the beginner and intermediate stage, which will save me hundreds on lessons, not to mention the convenience of not having to schedule and drive to lessons. Being able to isolate different parts of the groove thats being played is my favorite feature. Really, really helpful to me, as well as being able to add or subtract them in any combination.

I've only been drumming seriously for about three years now. I found out about DrumSchool on an e-drum site and decided to give it a try. I have to say that DrumSchool is GREAT!! I love everything about it. The examples are presented thoroughly and I love the fact that you can change the tempo and isolate each limb when practicing. There are several grooves for many different genres of music. Another plus is that they provide a historical background of each type of music that is presented. I think DrumSchool would be great for just about any drummer out there.

As a percussionist I think that this is truly a phenomenal tool for almost any level of player. The interface is also incredibly impressive.

Wow! This is an amazing drum app! Tons of exercises, grooves, and mini-lessons with a lot of capability to adjust tempos, set timers and track progress. Clearly a lot of thought went into writing DrumSchool. I really enjoy using this when I don’t quite have time for a full practice session Much appreciated!

DrumSchool has everything you need and in a user-friendly way, to get the most out of your practice time. The feature that allows you to adjust the beats per minute while practicing the rudiments is fantastic. The feature that allows you to listen to the baseline while practicing a groove is also unbelievable. The suggestion for fills to play with those same grooves is invaluable. This is the best app I have downloaded thus far and is tied for first with DrumSchool I downloaded that identifies stars and constellations in the night sky. In real time I might add.
