Another reviewer warned that options for YourWorld like Wikipedia, hints, settings don’t work on iPhone. Unfortunately I didn’t see the review until after I purchased YourWorld and was trying to problem solve to get the options to work.
I think if all the features worked I would give it at least 4 stars. Instead I feel duped. I rarely purchase apps. I took a chance on purchasing this one and regret it. Hopefully, app creators are actually reading reviews and are working on fixes. I would be happy to update my review if and when errors are fixed.

The options/menu buttons do not work anymore with any of the iPhone upgrades. This means you cannot switch games, uses directions, obtain
info about the countries, or center your screen to point north. YourWorld support doesn't seem to exist either, a ton of questions are asked about the bug and no responses given. They are just taking the money for the game and not saying if they are working on the issue. This game was great and worth the money for the full purchase but do not buy if you are on an iPhone until they state they have fixed the issue. It does not work for any iPhones.

This is an awesome game, my fastest time as of right now is 14:13, but I noticed you are missing a few territories. The ones you are missing are, Svalbard and Jan Mayen (Norway), Tokelau (New Zealand), and all of the USMOL (Baker, Howland, Jarvis, Kingman, Palmyra, Midway, Wake, Johnston, Navassa, Serranilla, and Bajo Nuevo). If you see this could you please add those.

Tldr, Could you add Tokelau, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, and all the USMOI separately or together doesn’t matter.

This is a beautiful and challenging app - especially when it comes to all those tiny island nations!! But somehow after an update I ended up w the lite version and the "restore previous purchase" function locks up even after deleting and reinstalling. Is there any help out there?

My 4 year old son is pg and autistic, his passion is geography. We own and he has memorized over 40 geography apps, and this is by far our favorite. It is the most polished and informative of all of them. The controls are intuitive. I did not have to explain them to my son, he began placing countries immediately. I hope they add rivers, lakes and mountain ranges in the future.

So I downloaded this in because I wanted something new to do. When I first played it was great but when I placed my 25th country it did I had to buy the full game for 4 dollars. Like what the heck. The game is just one thing. Place the country in its spot on the world. Disappointing. I thought he game was made to make kids learn the spot of the countries in the world. But no. Really not happy with it. I’m not paying for s simple thing like this. I can buy 3 chocolate bars for 4 dollars.

This game is okay cuz it’s educational, and stuff but I don’t get why you put a PRICE for the rest of the states. I mean, seriously, who’s gonna pay 4.00$ just to unlock this boring game? All you do is put the states in. (This is just from EXPERIENCE) And just don’t install this game unless you’re willing to pay. IM JUST A KID HERE TRYING TO FIND A GAME! HELP ME OUT HERE!!!! This game really is just a stupid jigsaw puzzle game. DONT INSTALL THIS RIPOFF GAME!!!!

A bit bitter about buying YourWorld because I never buy apps. Love the game. Dont love that the buttons more not than often work and wikipedia and hints simply are a frustrating chance. Its especially upsetting to read others having the same issues since OCTOBER!!!! Its JANUARY!!!!

Really think the fact that it refuses to connect to my headphones is ridiculous, and makes it impossible to play in situations where my phone can’t make public sounds.

I love this game it's awesome and very addictive but they do need to fix the tap for a hint button and settings button, because they hardly ever work and its frustrating because this game is addictive!!

Worth the four dollars for sure.
I can now name every country and every capital thanks to this game.

I’ve had YourWorld for a while and recently upgraded to the full version. I read the reviews after upgrading and choosing to review. After seeing that YourWorld ’s extra functions (Wikipedia, hints, etc) weren’t working for some iPhone users, I verified their functionality.

For me, YourWorld works perfectly and is a truly fun and effective way to learn where in the world you are.

It’s just a puzzle putting country shapes on a map of the earth, it doesn’t even let you finish! If you want all the things it says it does you have to upgrade and pay $3.99. It’s not much but they should mention that. It’s the principle of the thing.🤬

This is the amazing of YourWorld but a reason can you make YourWorld go up down side ways please.

I loved YourWorld so much I decided to buy the upgraded version with all of the countries, and it worked out great for a while, until the upgrade suddenly disappeared and now it want to charge me again for something that I already paid for

I loved this game on my older iPhone because all the features worked. But now that the settings, help, and Wikipedia links don’t work, it is no bueno. Please fix this! The game is super amazing when it works.

If your app does not work for iPhones, you should state that!!!! What a waist of money!!!! And you have know about this for years and still did nothing!? I am going to use all the time I would have used playing YourWorld to file complaints against it instead.

Potentially a good app. Would be great if you added country labels once you placed them. Add continent labels... And add country outlines as an aid that can be clicked on or off.
This could be such a wonderful app and learning tool for students if you added these things. You should go for GREAT instead of settling for mediocre.

The game is super cool and I was looking for a game just like this! Maybe some updates could make the game a little more addicting but over all it is a very good game!

This was good at first (I thought it will help with an upcoming Geo Bee) But then I discovered I have to pay for the full version? If you're going to rip people off like this and make a game for free only to need us to pay to play? Make the game itself cost money. Otherwise, 5 stars.

I touch the help and nothing happens; the same for the gear. I will like to take off the sound.
