You can’t edit the opponent players and the opponents cannot play each other only just your team horrible game do not buy

After using the Soccer Dad app all of these other 'soccer coach' apps seem terribly incomplete and lacking in graphic appeal. Unfortunately the developer has abandoned Soccer Dad. So why doesn't one of these developers get smart and simply copy the functionality of Soccer Dad? As long as they continue to support it they will have a ready-made audience full of 5 star reviews. And they could easily charge $5 for SoccerTeammate if they do it right. As it is, apps like this one are way more trouble than they are worth.

Great job so far and if the recent updates are any indication of the ability to respond to the intuitive needs SoccerTeammate demands as more users kick it around and provide feedback, then the sky is truly the limit. Just as important, I've tried all the others - they weren't close and now they're losing ground.

Future updates should focus on team and roster management. For example - I've entered 2 lineups for my U10s 2-3-2, "starters" and "reserves" - perfect to make sure my kids have time at their primary positions during the match. Only problem is the number of clicks getting to one formation and then switching to another.

***It would be great to link a formation and multiple lineups to scheduled games.

With respect to team management, I like that there is some type of SMS game schedule/results and reporting feature.

***It would be good to have a basic player contact feature similar to the coach, at least including cell ph and email.

Is there any plan to enhance the reporting and graphics of the Stats Report to be more user friendly. Improvement to show Player and Team States graphically and/or DataSheet View by Match would be wonderful.

The ability to drag and drop substitutions and allowing MULTIPLE substitutions with in the game is WONDERFUL! Ability to Drag and Drop lineup change is also a GREAT Feature.

Only soccer app that allows you to put player names on the field instead of numbers!!! And so much more! Definitely worth the money!!! I also agree with previous reviews for improvements!

Wether you coach high school, club soccer or recreational soccer teams SoccerTeammate is a must have. It's great for planning schemes, setting line ups, keeping track of subs and pretty much anything you would want as a coach or manager.

Output data for player, game, or season is lacking. I have requested this. I have tried 5 to find what SoccerTeammate can do on the fly during the game. It is very good.

Got SoccerTeammate several weeks ago before our season began and had a few questions about it. For some reason my email wouldn’t work for the developer so he took the time to find me on LinkedIn and reached out to me to make sure I was taken care of! Awesome move going that extra mile! I’ve had a chance to use it for 3 games now and it’s so much easier than notes on paper. Give it a try, I think you’ll be pleased!

I track every game, minute, position each player plays with SoccerTeammate. Very useful when I get questions about playing time. To the point now I just publish my own stat recap. No more questions. Also track many other stats.

The UI can be a little frustrating at times but all in all I can’t watch games without this tool anymore. Thank you!

I found this application and have begun tracking players and stats. This is a must have app for anyone including parents who are looking to keep records of matches. User friendly and packed full of features. The developer response to a question I had was specific and extremely helpful. I highly recommend SoccerTeammate.

I've tried multiple soccer apps for tracking rosters and stats and this is by far the best. Very intuitive to use with great team and individual features. Customer service and support has also been fantastic!

Fabulous app; developer it quick to respond to inquiries; periodic updates with nice enhancements. Best I have found for tracking player performance!

Been using this for two years now! Love the ability to plan the lineup and record stats on my iPhone. I really appreciate the improvements.

Unfortunately, the recent upgrade crashes whenever I try to add games or advance to the next game. So sad - really enjoyed SoccerTeammate!

Go-to coaching app, ive used this to track over 120 of my youth games, its simple/easy to customize but also has a ton of features/extras for such a light weight app. Some of my favorites are - stats and stat sorting (to basically anything) and share via xls/imessage/twitter etc.
- live tweet individual events (shot, goal etc.) while using app.
- simple database backup & dropbox support.
