Once I updated last week I no longer can connect to my cameras. When I try to iSecurity crashes and closes itself. Not sure how this update makes things worse. Please resolve this issue immediately

Purchased your camera feeling that iSecurity was supported for me to view it online in my iPad boy was I wrong!!! doesn't work no access with the iPad even inside my wireless network very disappointed...a little documentation would be nice, didn't buy it as a toy...

Needs major updates to work properly
Constantly disconnects and has to be reconnected by their support team and good luck watching previous footage. Extremely finicky timeline that at times won’t even load.
No stars. I have done everything to to get this to work and it just keeps closing. Started on 10/26, why is this happening?
Lately (maybe since the last update?) iSecurity crashes after a few seconds of being connected to a server. iSecurity used to work great. Please fix it!
I have used iSecurity for years and it worked well until yesterdays update (10-20-2022) v4.8.18
Now iSecurity crashes as soon as I select my server
iSecurity is good, but for some reason you can use it on T-Mobile's cell network. It works fine on other Networks
