Close and restart the MyLight app on iPhone
Update MyLight app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyLight iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyLight on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyLight network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyLight app issues:

Force Stop the MyLight App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyLight app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyLight to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyLight App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyLight app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyLight.

Fix MyLight unable to contact server/ MyLight internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyLight » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MyLight » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyLight on android.
