Hello Dear,
Every month I always avail the offer for 5KD package deal for 500GB and 1000 Free calls but how sad badly it is. Every time i top up the amount of 5KD to recharge and avail the offers it’s not working and all of the sadden the amount it become less and lesser. Hopefully this feedback will have solution. It’s really disappointed for all Zain Users if always have this service to be this way taking the amount of money for nothing and can’t give us the benefits for using the poor connection internet.

In the past i could find my numbers easily to pay all bills together as sort group all of my numbers but after the update I can’t find the numbers only the main number shown. Would you please fix this issue?
