Simply doesn't work or bring up properties--I can be in front of a home for sale, and ReeceNicholsHomeSearch will have no info on it. ReeceNicholsHomeSearch used to be useful--whatever has been done to it didn't work.

Find a better app for your home searches unless you have endless time to redo every search you enter. This is won't save your favorites, no matter how many times you save them. Thanks for wasting my time Reece & Nichols!

All manual searches result in "No Listings Found". Map search will find properties near current location but you can't refine results to attributes you're looking for.

I’m a RI and always looking for investment properties in KC. This was my favorite app before the change, which now requires you to select an agent to view listings. I guess I’ll download Zillow and not give R&N my real estate business.

I look at homes a lot so have been able to see ReeceNicholsHomeSearch’s performance over several years. Sometimes there are bugs that last a few days. Also it doesn’t show number of days on the market, as Zillow does. Also it’s hard to figure out who the listing agent is. ReeceNicholsHomeSearch provides the name of the listing broker’s office but users have to find that brokerage office’s web page and search for the listing there to find the listing agent.

While ReeceNicholsHomeSearch is nice in that it lets you connect with your agent, view properties and such. Their is no way to logout of ReeceNicholsHomeSearch , or disconnect from an agent if you’re no longer working with them. These should be some of the most basic things you can do in this type of app.

Too bad the Agent Search feature isn’t working on the iPhone app. It should work even if location services are turned off, but it’s not! ... after several attempts, including closing and reopening ReeceNicholsHomeSearch , the agent search finally worked! I don’t know how many others will be so persistent, but I’m raising to 3 stars.
And it doesn’t work again - 2 stars!

Solds would help

App used to show type of hone (two story, split, reverse, etc). Now you hope it is in the description.

Include additional filtering capability

Love ReeceNicholsHomeSearch! Super helpful when on the go and wanting to look at a property and it ties to my preferred agent so they are notified!

I’m missing a way to display Ranch home’s only also, I can’t see what I am typing right now.
If I select one story homes everything disappears.

Don’t even want a new house, just want to look at them but great app! :)

Great interface. I also like that MLS is more accurate than Zillow. Great decision making data on schools and neighborhoods.

A good app

Search criteria doesn't always save when you exit ReeceNicholsHomeSearch and come back as it did with the previous version.

Pinch to zoom is touchy. On the previous version you could zoom in or out without changing the direction if the map. Now you can too easily change the map so that the top of your screen is East, West or South instead of always being North.

Some search criteria resets itself. The "Max Price" rotates back to being equivalent with the "Min Price" which drastically narrows the results.
