I joined MeraGanaKaraoke through my ITunes account. It worked for a few days, $ stopped working, asking me to pay the subscription, which was already deducted. So I sent an email along with the receipt of my payment from apple. Even after that, it took many days for them to start it,, which lasted for a weak or so. Again, the same story! Every month, on 24th my subscription is deducted but MeraGanaKaraoke does not work Again my email to them with the receipt requesting them to start it again. This has been going on since 24 th of April 2020. How much more patience am I expected to have. Is this the way to do business? Rather than keeping your clients happy, you seem to enjoy keeping them annoyed & disappointed. I feel that the least the developers can do is to return my money for these 4 months or give me 4 months of free service. Even now it is not working! Out of sheer frustration, I’m just deleting MeraGanaKaraoke!

Bought this subscription but will cancel. This product does not work well on iPhone & iPad. It's not been tested at all. Song search horrible. Streaming with delays on most days. I don't understand why the delay if they are downloading first. Also Apple TV is not supported. If you use AirPlay from phone, then too it has hiccups. These I guess are Apple's issues.

Your just released version to work under ios13 has not been tested fully. Please try using it under iOS setting of Dark theme. As you have chosen font color as black, they are invisible and unreadable in all those menus wherever you are showing icons on LHS.

Please rest throughly and update MeraGanaKaraoke to resolve this issue.

Please for God sake, do not purchase MeraGanaKaraoke. It is a big fraud. Upon sign in, it takes you to purchase subscription and no matter how many times you purchase (I purchased three - one week subscriptions thinking there could have been an error) you can not move beyond this stage. This is not the way to make honest money. What a disappointment!

MeraGanaKaraoke does not load the karaoke songs as it promises. Most of the songs are stuck at loading at random percentages and never completely load. It then throws the error that there is a network issue. My internet is fine and everything else works on the phone. Looks like their servers are not robust enough to stream even a single song. I am very frustrated! I want to get my money back!

I was really excited to find MeraGanaKaraoke and downloaded it immediately as soon as I found out about it. But what a disappointment? It would not accept my current subscription and asks to purchase a new one. I don't think it is fair. After all, they do have a restriction that you can be logged in to only one computer/device at a time. So why are they asking us for multiple subscriptions? They need to change their marketing strategy. I will change my rating to 5 stars once I can get in with my existing subscription.

MeraGanaKaraoke worked ok for a few months after purchasing the subscription (although it would sporadically prompt to subscribe and I’d have to “restore purchase”....but after December 2018 it ceased to work altogether. Keeps asking for subscription information and refuses to accept / recognize what is a valid subscription per itunes billing.
Not sure if the breakagae occured as a result of something Meragana did vs an IOS update breaking it, but nonetheless the developers need to fix it asap and ideally refund at least the past few months of subscription fees.

Meragana website is really superb & the subscriptions are worth it - I use it regularly. However MeraGanaKaraoke is probably just User interface designed without anything behind - it doesn't work at all ! Moreover, it asks you to pay 5-50$ depending on subsc. period & doesn't do anything after that :-) . I chatted with their customer service to only waste my time - she kept asking me for same information I gave her in my 1st line of chat ! I wonder how could Apple let them publish MeraGanaKaraoke when it doesn't work at all ! I wish to give star in minus (-10 stars). Waste of time.

Just to try MeraGanaKaraoke . I subscribed for 7 days. I had three days left and it showed that in my account as well but MeraGanaKaraoke . would not load any songs. I was cheated out of 3 days. The quality of the tracks is not good quality. In many tracks the tabla is not tuned properly. Although there are many songs available, MeraGanaKaraoke is device specific which means if I bought MeraGanaKaraoke I should be able to use it on my iPhone as well as my iPad but they charge again to put it on another device. I felt cheated. My rating is less than one star and I plan to report this to iTunes at Apple.

Have had MeraGanaKaraoke for a month now. Used to work before but not anymore. Whether you use search or lists to find songs, MeraGanaKaraoke gets stuck once you select a song, and nothing uploads or plays.

Please fix. Otherwise you're just charging money for nothing and its a scam.

Since my update to iOS11 it has given glitchy interface and has literally become unusable. Also on the PC interface I cannot figure out a way to change the pitch of the track.

Generally love MeraGanaKaraoke, despite of its glitches. They have a huge collection of songs and works well most of the time.

However, since I updated the phone to iOS 11, the song window goes upside down and half off the screen making it unusable. Unless they fix it shortly, I will have to unsubscribe. They have t updated their app in over two years.

The background picture really troubles reading the lyrics. Sometimes it almost same color which make lyrics almost invisible. Hope developers become smart to choose contrast color smartly or keep the background plane without any graphics.

MeraGana window doe not open fully. Half of the screen is blocked. They need to fix this issue immediately or they going to lose customers

Try taking song number from search option and play using song numbers

Its a great app but after upgrading to iOS 11 the screen broke.

I am writing this review primarily because the other reviews are annoying. People are upset at an administrative decision and taking it out on MeraGanaKaraoke . No. MeraGanaKaraoke is awesome, only the billing is poorly designed. Its one of my favorites and I haven't found anything close to an alternative.

One request: it crashes on iOS5. Can the authors roll out an update?

There may be a few minor glitches but overall app is really good!! I’m amazed by their database and searching features! Excellent selection!! Keep it up and don’t let the negative reviews prevent you from downloading MeraGanaKaraoke ! Just try it for $4.99 a month - it’s totally worth it!

MeraGanaKaraoke has improved . It has pitch control. However, when you play the track using headphones with attached mike on the iPhone 7 Plus, the vocals are not audible. Only the karaoke track is audible. It is necessary for the singer to hear his voice while recording.
Please correct this.
When the song is recorded the overall performance is not bad.
Any update on the issue.
I want to use my iPhone ( 7 plus) or iPad and use TV to show lyrics. Sing and record. Could you please give the procedure ?

I paid $4.99 through my I tune account to MeraGanaKaraoke to access MeraGanaKaraoke for karaoke but I can't access it. Every time I tried like million times and also reset my passwords but again I receive a message saying that you may be connected with your other device and instead letting me log on it asks me to buy subscription again and again $5 bucks but never let me use it, so it a big trouble please email me what should I do to make it work; I am been trying this since last week so give me the credit for the down time as we'll
