Contact Earthquake Alerts Map Info Support

The ONLY REASON I even HAVE this app is because it was giving me earthquake alerts every time there was anything. I live in California. There is no way we stopped having earthquakes altogether. But now this app has completely stopped giving ALL NOTIFICATIONS. It also ONLY uses my location while I’m using the app and doesn’t even OFFER THE OPTION of using it all the time - this could be why all the notifications suddenly stopped completely. Are we supposed to keep the app open 24/7 now if we want earthquake notifications? There was a 4.1 relatively close to us AND I GOT NO NOTIFICATION. Please UNDO OR FIX whatever you did with one of your most recent updates OR REFUND OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS! This app SERVES NO PURPOSE without the notifications. Especially for people in California who have earthquakes all the time.

I purchased a years subscription and the google ads won’t stop. I uninstalled and installed then restored purchase and it crashes and won’t open. Disappointed. Update: in addition to the above issues I now get a pop up window that says “Server did not return results. Check your internet connection.” But I can check tsunami results that uses the internet to bring up the website for current tsunami activity.

Tried every way to set magnitude level to 4 or above. App still reports earthquakes at every level from as low as one. It also reports quakes from all over the planet, many areas which I’ve never heard of. That might be OK for the US geological survey however, living in California, I want to just be notified of quakes within about a 500 mile radius from where I live. Too much useless information for me. It’s overkill.
