My subscription is due to expire in May and I will not be renewing since the app has been unusable on my iPhone since you changed the app. Nothing happens when pulling to refresh?? I contacted customer service several months ago but with no resolution.
- It is clumsy and user unfriendly.
- It is time consuming and awkward.
- There was no heads up in advance.
- It does not organize under traditional headings.
- There is no search function.
- It does not permit landscape display except on the first and last pages of a section.
- It is littered and over-filled with distracting ads.
- The rating of 4.3 out of 5 is not honest.
