I had my Baidu account a couple years ago and it links with my old cell phone number, and then I had a new number and when I typed my account number and the correct password to log into my account, the website told me that I could not do this. I tried to recover my account and made an appeal, and wrote down the estimated time and the place I registered the account but I still failed. I don’t think there’ll be someone who’s able to remember the exact time and the place he registered the account. I have to say the account recovering tool is sooooo stupid. Also, the user could use Baidu to search for pictures without downloading 百度 , but now, you have to download 百度 if you want to find out the information of the picture. I’ve seen one review which expressed what I want to say- “you’d better improve yourself before you promote yourself”

I have used Baidu since a couple of years ago. I enjoy it very much because of interesting videos, insightful commentaries, updated news, good stories, and so on. Now, Baidu is my daily online entertainment.

Garbage company garbage software, ought be ashamed of the wealth it has generated from its customers who had no other alternatives to choose from, monopoly at its worst, terrible user experience with annoying ads and little useful info to offer, plus the constant onslaught of asking you to download, I wish the government could shut its operation down and give it some color see see, show who is the boss, teach baidu a lesson.

Terrible App and terrible company that solicit too much private information. Even you have your account and password it require other private info and you have to download 百度 to make very easy account changes. All it want is your private personal info and it did't protect clients‘ info properly. Shame of such a big company with terrible services

I have no idea why Baidu integrated Aiqiyi into 百度. The experience is simply bad. You just can't watch Aiqiyi videos in the same page and it's slow.

It is the best resource for me to write poems every day. I love Baidu so much, every day, every minutes and every seconds. Thank you.

I occasionally use baidu on safari and almost every time it direct me straight to 百度 Store to download the baidu app.
I’m used to using only one browser and Baidu app is definitely not my choice.
Stop redirecting me to this every time I click an article, it’s very inconvenient and I won’t be using it anyway.

Downloaded 百度 because of Simon Gong. First time experience seems to be good. No prominent bug or inconvenience yet. Pretty easy to use

Amazing searching engine, amazing voice recognition, astronomical amount of information and sea of instant messages and or opinions posted by billions of netizens all over the world.

It stops working after a while. Does not load and claims the connection is bad while all my other apps (WeChat, for example)work perfectly. Some serious problems with the company management.

It’s very inconvenient to not include landscape mode. Especially when I use my iPad Pro with a keyboard. I need to tilt my head to read the screen. Please update this feature ASAP. Thanks!

The only reason why I downloaded 百度 is that baidu kept asking me to download 百度 version when I was using it on safari. I got so annoyed by having to cancel the invitation to download 百度 all the time.

Good app except when I looked up tianmen square massacre nothing came up!! hmmmm… ? 🤔🤔🤔

While I’ve chosen in the popular window to never allow Baidu to track my location, 百度 still found the city I currently reside in. This shows Baidu obviously bypassed Apple’s privacy rules. Shameful!

百度 sucked at presenting infos to the public, and it was only good for a search engine. That’s all I have to comment about it. Baidu now became notorious for its users’ feedbacks.
