This app are not downloading in my iPhone 8plus

I downloaded this app the day it was released in the app store, it seemed like a great app to have as a back-up to my mobilme service; However, after several attempts to login AFTER creating the account required to make the app work, I sent the help desk a request for help that took 3 days to answer, only to receive a GENERIC answer that I had enough common sence to try already. I responded that the problem was not fixed with that response only to get another generic answer, and I kindly informed Mr. Frank (the owner and creator of this app) that I was going to write a negative review and asked why it was even in the app store in the first place if it didn't even work. He then responded in a timely manner with a real response, only to lead to the conclusion that it all needed to be deleted and set up again from scratch. Well I attempted to do just that and well, IT STILL WILL NOT WORK CORRECTLY, I THINK THIS IS REALLY CRAZY DUE TO ITS BEEN A FEW DAYS SINCE IT WAS RELEASED AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY, APPLE WILL APPROVE ANYTHING THESE DAYS, I HATE THIS APP IT DOES NOT WORK< IT SEEMS THE PEOPLE RUNNING IT CANT FIX IT EITHER, I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE DOWNLOAD THIS YOU WOULD BE WASTING YOUR TIME< AND LEAVING A COPY OF ALL YOUR CONTACTS ON HIS UNSECURE SERVER FOR ANYONE TO ACCESS

I wanted to use this app to synchronize my iPad and two iPhones. I had 500 contacts in my address book, every time I synced app would crash 2/3 through the process and doubled the contacts. The 1.0 version allowed you to choose sync direction only the first time. Seems like this was fixed in 1.5. The software shows you changes after the fact but does not let you undo. There is no easy way to delete all contacts at once from the app. after the initial sync, in 1.0 syncs were bi-directional with no way to change it, and app is unable to identify similar or sometimes identical records and simply adding contacts to both places doubling them... I spent hours cleaning my contacts after that app. Use with extreme caution...
