Very difficult to use for an international bank customer. Would recommend using an international bank with a more user friendly app. In this day and age it is not hard to find one.
My issue is if you are going to take English speaking clients then your app should have an English option. I understand some French and I could not even navigate LAppliSG to set up my user ID! It isn’t just LAppliSG that is a problem. Every time we deal with Société Générale in person the representative is not helpful at all. We are talking about pulling our money out because of this

LAppliSG is such a pain to use. SoGé: please invest more in your digital teams if you want to retain your future customer base.
No faceID, no way to pair your phone number without a snail mail going to your (outdated) address — so many examples I could list pointing to LAppliSG being miles away from where consumer banking expectations are.
Glad I can do most of my banking from Revolut and N26, and only use this one to pay legacy providers (I.e the government, my 70 yo landlord, and French investment accounts).

LAppliSG works pretty well except it doesn’t support the English language - so you better speak French.
It also doesn’t support Touch ID or Face ID. Yes, it’s 2019 and still nothing. What a shame.
You also cannot set up a Pass Sécurité using an US phone number so you cannot add accounts or wire money through LAppliSG .
A lot of downfalls for an other wise pretty nice app.

I have never seen any banking application which doesn't have any option of changing it's language to English. This is a huge inconvenience for non-french speaking users.

It’s awful have to type my password to check my account or to authorise a purchase online. It’s iOS 12, and nothing yet. What a shame!

Impossible to set up the pass sécurité with a US phone number. So LAppliSG is useless to transfer money if you live in the USA.

Somewhat useful, but the application leaves a lot to be desired. It looks like a front-end to their mobile website.
Slow and inefficient IMVHO. The pictures used for the iTunes page are carefully selected and do not reflect the look and feel of the Account section.
In any case, it’s hard to complain for a free application, but other banks have done a much better job…

L appli est plutôt pas mal, mais par contre, pas de TouchID NI de FaceID. Ca fait mal d’acheter un iPhoneX et de pas avoir son appli de banque qui supporte la feature majeure...
