How to fix Athkar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Athkar app on iPhone
Update Athkar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Athkar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Athkar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Athkar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Athkar App
1. On android, goto Settings » Athkar » click [Force Stop]

Update Athkar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Athkar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Athkar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Athkar.

Fix Athkar unable to contact server/ Athkar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Athkar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Athkar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
