Shoddy. I thought the editorial quality had gone down but TheIrishTimesNews won't even start fully. I was very excited about the update. Get some professionals in to sort out this mess!
TheIrishTimesNews is appalling. After navigating to a story, it is impossible to get back. UNINSTALL!!!

Downloaded the new app a few months ago....new app is crap - it keeps freezing.
Ok app .. But when you click the pictures on the news stories they don't enlarge
TheIrishTimesNews reeks of troglodyte meddling, or management who have bonuses how to dealbwith this technology. Don't expect a worthwhile experience of the print edition this uber lite model on a pay platform will leave you dry and sore. Please include all editorial and features in future editions and leave your market research which gives us sports and business galore behind in App crèche.
This update just crashes each time you try and load it.
The old app worked fine and had more articles. But the updated version is terrible. It freezes and won't go back on the previous article and you can only read about 3 article before it crashes and won't work
Cannot even open this as it crashes even before it loads! Needs fixed..... I'm an IT fan but not when I can't access it. My rating is based on accessing it.
Good app but recommend turning off notifications as they are ceaseless and have a very low bar for what they consider worthy of a push. Just got a one about phone addiction which strikes me as incredibly ironic as they push many times during the day for seriously low-importance stuff. It’s a pity because I would keep them on for relevant breaking news and a few key opinion pieces, but they really go overboard
TheIrishTimesNews has limited features and fails frequently in its only purpose __ displaying articles. Given that most content is behind a paywall it is baffling why IT would torture its customers in this fashion.
TheIrishTimesNews used to be a fairly easy to use, simple mobile interface for accessing Irish Times content. With the most recent update, however, the home page is poorly formatted, where images for stories now cover up half of the article title - rendering TheIrishTimesNews more or less unusable.
This looks and feels good, but I'm a bit surprised at how few articles actually load into TheIrishTimesNews . For the price, I expected more content.
