Horrible “support”
The staff doesn’t answer questions and literally doesn’t care about your needs, they have generic replies that lead you into a loop hole, just to end up telling you they’re not able to help. I forgot the email I used for my account since for years I’ve been logging in with their auto-login system, and when I contacted them for help they asked for proof of it being my account so I showed them multiple purchases with the purchase numbers so they can check if it’s actually from my account, along with screenshots of me using my account and all kinds of proof and after all of that - Lindsey tells me she’s unable to help me... so what was the point of asking for all those things?! Freaking ridiculous, years of playing all to waste. Pathetic.

Another pay to win game, don't even bother, you'll get to level 10 and then hit a wall of xp that can't be passed unless you get on daily & rip 5 hours easy to reach minimal playing & trading levels of L60 & beyond where stuff is acutely sellable in most markets, below that your not selling anything or even have anything worth farming. Take it from a 7 year vet, i know
