Can't open archives broadcasts over 3 or 4 days old on save America ministries.

For a 5-star rated app I have been very disappointed in its performance. One place began on the web as a site where various Bible teachers posted their teachings which enabled listeners to listen on demand rather than being confined to broadcast times. The website worked very well over the years.
However, the company’s venture into phone and app technology is totally disappointing. The volume and start/stop screen disappears 2-3 programs after deleting and reinstalling the app. This forces me to listen to the program for its duration and also eliminates the ability to advance the sermon to a point where I may have heard it while driving or been interrupted by someone.
I have a few apps from individual groups and You Tube which have the control screen which work fine on my phone (an iPhone 8). I exchanged emails with a company rep who told me they were trying to fix it.
I hope this bad rating will inspire you to test the app to see if you can help them solve the problem.

Content is great but…

I love the content found on the app but it’s functionality leaves a lot to be desired. When listening to a playlist for instanace, once one cast is complete and the next one plays, there are no controls such as pause or skip. I literally have to close out the app to get the cast to stop. Also, there are no indications as to which ones in my list have been played. Also also, when the list is populated, God forbid the title is too long- there is no way to see which episode each item is. You will have to click on it and start listening and try to remember if you’ve listened to it or not. But be warned, you will have to revert to one of the earlier “also”’s. With these inconveniences, might as well attempt to find the content elsewhere.

As stated, I absolutely love the content, but the app itself requires much more development for it to receive more than 2 stars.

1- can’t delete messages under the “envelope” tab even after opening
2- sometimes the option to fast forward in 15 second intervals pops up- other times no. All podcasts begin with extra curricular sales pitches that I don’t care to hear. For me to listen to a podcast, I require the option of fast forwarding.
3-need to be able to choose the speakers you like and have them at the top or only visible upon opening the app. (There are some borderline heretical speakers that I don’t want to wade through each time this app is opened.)
These problems are enough to cause me to utilize a different app to hear my speakers. I’m very close to deleting this app altogether.
