Good app but it’s missing a Major feature. If you speed up or slow down the tempo and then stop the beat, once it starts again it will reset to the original tempo instead of the one you had picked. Please fix this!
Great beats to play along with but the volume level is very low especially the reggae beats I have my phone connected to a Bluetooth speaker and still is not loud enough to play along to please make it louder
One one of the most basic drum beats apps there is. 1-50 beats, but none of them have a name. You are just fishing to find something. And if you want to get to 49 or 50, you have to go forward. You can’t go backwards from #1. All the beats are very complicated. Nothing like just a simple country, swing or basic rock to use as a background when practicing guitar or piano. Wouldn’t recommend!
There are 50 drum beat patterns, but too many funk 1,2,3,... funky 1,2,3.... 10 different samples under same category sound same!!
Would be better if ... [1] organize and downsize them to only 10-20 patterns. [2] add numerical value to speed instead of just a slider
This is a great app and generally just what I'm looking for for sitting in front of the television and playing bass with something. Some very fun loops to play with and easy to change the speed. The very very big problem is that the output is incredibly low so even with my speaker and the phone turned up all the way it's just not very loud.
I think is app is great for students. I would like to see attention given to some of the beats that drop the beat though, some have emphasis and it's hard to understand what the programmer was thinking. The "blues shuffle" needs help. This is a really helpful app for working out technique though and glad I downloaded it.
Glad to find a free amp, with easy tempo change, I am a beginning band teacher and want something cooler than just a metronome click for my students’ warmups! I would have love to find more variety, such as swing or country or simpler funk grooves, but I am happy to have found this for free.

Such great sounds to practice to instead of a boring regular metronome. Simple easy interface too. I just wish it displayed the bpm in the corner so you’d know what speed you were at within DrumBeats .
Overall a good app with a variety of beats. However, wish there were also 3/4 and 2/4 time signatures.

It’s a good app for sitting around playing in jammin. Practice in by yourself and most importantly keeping yourself in time. Learn to use your foot to keep the beat. And follow the room simple as that
I am a drummer and I dig the fact that I can pretty much play all these beats and slow them down to figure out if they need be great tool even for a seasoned player !
Needed an app that played different beats and allowed me to change the tempo. DrumBeats does this perfectly. Wish it was a tap tempo instead of a slide, but it's free. Beggars can't be choosers. Thanks!
