German Translator Dictionary Reviews

The update that happened yesterday has made GermanTranslatorDictionary unusable on my macbook.

I can no longer switch between the dictionary, translator, etc. as it just clicks on the dictionary word behind the icons. Then the dictonary word takes up the entire app and there is no way to exit from the word without completely closing GermanTranslatorDictionary .

I can also no long adjust the width of the left side of the dictonary screen.

GermanTranslatorDictionary is very useful on getting a quick answer.

I also find it effective for finding the German name (or English name going the other way) for a specific tree, animal, tool, plant name that is not commonly used, but still useful to know, but hard to determine from a German or an English description alone. GermanTranslatorDictionary could use a larger vocabulary for these terms as it expands.

It's perfect for every day use although occasionally I find a word it does not have. Could you please expand it? Thank you so much for GermanTranslatorDictionary!!

I don’t know what I expected from an app for translating German words and phrases, but GermanTranslatorDictionary is very reliable for just that.

GermanTranslatorDictionary is amazing! But I just don’t know how to change the language. I use GermanTranslatorDictionary when I track I thing it’s amazing it’s worth it! :)

GermanTranslatorDictionary is very quick at clarifying meanings and coming up with the right word when getting around in Germany and talking to Germans

This is a very handy dictionary to translate either way between German and English. I have used it for several years.

Translates almost everything, much better than all the others I have used!

I use this mostly when I’m traveling, to look up a word quickly. It serves me very well for that purpose.

Interface is very easy to understand and use. There’s also a sentence translate function which is super convenient!

GermanTranslatorDictionary was very helpful in Germany when I did not have WiFi. I’ve been using it for about 8 years and it’s helped me so many times

... but there are so many ways to make mistakes! So GermanTranslatorDictionary helps when I am trying to ascertain what verb I am looking for. But often there will be three verb forms in one sentence and I wish I could chain the definitions together so I can understand the contextual meaning. This a great step forward and convenient for quick phrasing. Howzat?

Everything you need for learning German! The new update makes it so much better. Just wish they had dark mode though... (unless I missed that somehow).

Easy to use so user friendly and has lots of translations with correct grammar and text to write. There’s great vocal pronunciations to really help your accent and grammar.

I like that most of the translation functions of GermanTranslatorDictionary work completely offline. As USer who wants access while traveling in Germany, this feature is the best.

I own this dictionary in four languages and it is well worth the cost. Very helpful. It's helped me learn two languages - French and Italian - and brush up on my German. We're lucky to have such apps available now which make language study so easy.

I love GermanTranslatorDictionary, I generally find everything I need, plus, unlike translation pages, it gives you alternative meanings or how different words might be used in different contexts, so you can easily find the most accurate word or phrase for the situation.

GermanTranslatorDictionary is very useful for quickly finding translations of words. What I appreciate most is that the gender of nouns is shown on the search list without even having to open the definition. Small things like this save a lot of time.

I got this dictionary to help me speak to friends in my International Woman's Club. The dictionary is very gut, with noun genders and lots of examples. The translator is a big plus for phrases.
In the new version, the translator works offline! It translates voice and pictures in addition to text. Highly recommended.
