I downloaded this so I could sort my pictures by size and clean things up, FileBrowserGO doesn’t even load .10% of my photos even with full permission access to everything and waiting 15 minutes for it to refresh and index the photos. The most it could load was 1650 and I have 65,000, don’t waste your time or money.

I immediately regretted making a purchase for this useless app. There was no ability to play media or music from your files on your iPhones. Also, the developer made a false description that it can play music files. WRONG!! I want my money back! FileBrowserGO didn’t work for music according to the description.

I use this to transfer files from my OneDrive to my local network drive. It constantly disconnects from my network drive and I have to restart FileBrowserGO which doesn’t always solve the problem. Very time consuming and found a wonderful alternative called FE File Explorer. I bought the Pro for $4.99 total, no subscription required.

Its asking for a subscription or purchase after one week.
Its not creating thumbnails for videos.
But it does for photos. Since was looking to a alternative photo browser it was ok to me until its asking for a purchase
For a paid app its too expensive taking the features I want into account.

FileBrowserGO won't even let you try it without setting up a regular paid subscription. If you don't like it, you can cancel within 2 weeks. If you forget, you pay for something you don't want. Seems like most apps are scams now. Other than that, it looks like it works for accessing my NAS.

Works perfectly on the iPad, but iPhone version always freaking crashes when trying to work with the file management features after a few short seconds. Extremely irritating.

So I downloaded FileBrowserGO so I can transfer pictures and files between apps and for some reason, some of my image files are of unknown type but images in other folders are perfectly fine and show that they are normal and they work. Out of like 6 folders like half of my images are an unknown type which is strange because in other file apps they show as images. Also, I wish there was access to Google photos.

I love the amount of customizable settings, however, you need to pay to just to open a file. That’s a little much. Maybe allow us to have some basic functions, but put some of the custom settings behind the paywall. Just a suggestion

This program is not capable of finding all of the files stored on my phone. It is also not capable of finding a single Windows device on my net work by scanning for them. I was able to enter devices manually and access the files that way.

Good generally, but becomes a storage issue as its size doesn't seem to go down after you delete large files.

You have a great package. But no file size settings. When looking at Live Photo-s, they showed as height x width. Sometimes I could fiddle with a file and have it display its file size. No config settings re sizes either.
This is a good file folder app, but to have to subscribe to it? Can’t you just sell it or a reduced capacity version for a few bucks?

So far working well. Allows me to setup an iPad to attach to my NAS. Select multiple picture and video folders and display as a slide show.

Wonderful app. Wouldn’t want to be without it. Use it primarily for transferring files between Dropbox and Google Drive and my iPad and phone. Use it to play movies and music.

… and I’ve used a few in my life.

This is possibly the only file manager that allows you to manipulate files across S3, ftp, sabma, and online services clients seamlessly on iOS devices

Upgraded to sub to get .mp4 viewer etc too. I normally hate subscriptions but this "Go" version of their file browser lets me see how videos work (I'll buy the full one soon so I don't have a sub). Testing from Windows shares, it needs SMB2 (or SMB3) like FileBrowserGO has. Some apps that claim SMB might only do SMB1 and modern Windows hates that and will just sit and spin on connection.

This program is great and fast, I can select files in the viewer with a checkbox on the picture screen, rename files, move them. Haven't tested copying from PC to cloud but I'm sure it'll be a nice tool to sort/clear out my Dropbox folders while sitting on the throne for downtime.

Only thing I might improve is a lossless jpeg rotate and crop (I scan all my mail, papers, receipts into a network PC) so cleaning, rotating and sorting is the thing I haven't automated so it falls behind and I need a handy fast tool like this to sort it all in those quick 5 min pauses in the day.

Second thing, video viewer is nice, dials down to 0.1x speed for near frame by frame. The 1s fwd/row works only once, the 15s is handy for TV commercials (also use PlayOn recorder) and works all the time. Weird big PAUSE icon fills the middle of the screen anytime the progress bar is on.

Most efficient design of all file managers!

Tab layout allows for fast file copy and move operations by having both source and destination folders open at same time. Lets you go back & forth between multiple locations easily.

Move feature is extremely helpful to limit duplicate files everywhere! Also alerts when there's duplicated filenames so you don't overwrite. Gives option to automatically rename!

Simply way, way ahead of anything else and I've tried them all!

This is the most reliable way I have found it to successfully get files transferred around my Netwerk storage locations and devices

I only wanted to view and /or share photos on my studio computer when I’m with a client, and am working with an iPhone or iPad. Don’t need to control the desktop, just be able to scroll through my files. I know FBGo does more, but this was an incredible value for the speed, interface and service FileBrowserGO offers, even for the one feature I’m using it for. Works seamlessly with their recommended VPN service, ZeroTier.

FileBrowserGO does it all and is very simple and clear cut to,operate. Unlike another popular app that has ratings in the thousands, yet it was like pulling teeth to find how to maneuver to my local network drives. When I finally did get there, I couldn’t see the external,hard drives connected to that network computer. I instantly deleted it and was glad I had purchased this one. It is easy and it automatically shows the external drives without having to fuss around.

Offers an easy way to connect to and use Mac, PC, and Linux file resources from a mobile device. Access to media like mp3, video, and picture resources is a snap, like having mounted drives on the mobile system. Two thumbs up.
