Stress Check Reviews

With jobs, school, family, life, etc. I had a pretty good idea of where my stress was coming from, so I downloaded this just to test its accuracy. I was really surprised that not only was it very accurate in all of its reports, but I gained new insight in the process of looking at the graphs. Even if it wasn't free, I would say it's definitely worth it. Great App!!!

This stress test has always been a very accurate indicator of my stress level and provides helpful and appropriate suggestions for reducing stress. With the ability to save my quiz results over time in this new version, StressCheck is incredibly more useful! Keep up the good work and I look forward to more features in future versions!

I liked taking Stress Check. Not many tests are able to keep the questions short and sweet, while providing meaningful information. I found stress check to be able to do this. I especially found the "in depth" results interesting. Thanks

StressCheck is fantastic. I'm a mother of a micro preemie baby girl and my stress levels are above normal. I continue my daily routines on auto-pilot without realizing when I've past my threshold. StressCheck reminds me to test myself and take a much needed and deserved break. Pure Genius to the developer!

Love the ability to get a quick stress score and track over time. I use this about every 3 weeks. Thanks

I've downloaded all the stress tests in StressCheck store and this one really takes the prize. It's not perfect, but I think it's inclusion of 4 scales differentiates it. A way of tracking my score over time would be a useful enhancement to an already great test.

Nice update to a useful app. If you haven't checked it out yet, I'd recommend giving it a try.

The in app purchases are very nice. I like the Yoga best. Videos are very high quality and the exercizes are designed to be relevant at different parts of the day. Very clever

StressCheck is spot on. Wish they had more random questions though.

I think that you should be able to pick your age because if you don't work but still use StressCheck , then your results are wrong. Just my opinion..

I have enjoyed using StressCheck to track how I react to daily stresses. Being aware of the triggers, and how I react has helped me better deal with stress. Thanks for the great app :)

I like the test and the yoga exercises are excellent- especially for only $1. Please add more In app purchase content!!

This is a fun app to try and it had some great results but once you are done there is nothing else to do so I deleted StressCheck . Maybe add some stress tips or more quizzes?

Got an in-app notification that StressCheck "may slow down your phone because it needs to update it." I just downloaded StressCheck and just updated my phone prior to that. Seems like some sort of hacking attempt or virus.

Just bought it. I like checking My stress, I just wish that there were more questions.

I don't "work", so StressCheck wasn't a good fit for me. Please ad some qualifying questions at the begining to modify the evaluation.

Crashes always after the questions after 'go deeper' is selected using an iPad2.

I have found StressCheck to be very helpful in my everyday work life. I work in a rather high stress fast-paced environment and StressCheck has often come in quite handy. In reading through the other reviews you will see some one star reviews, I believe they are commenting on the apps stability. I have never had stability issues with StressCheck nor has anyone else in my office. Perhaps some of the first-generation phones have difficulty with StressCheck, but to date it has worked flawlessly for me and I am happy to recommend it to anyone.
