Two iPhone 6's, same OS, downloaded app within minutes of each other but no work with wifi or Bluetooth. The device name taunts you on the list of devices but just as quickly is replaced by "looking for peers" for eternity for those willing to wait. It's sad GlowHockey2 works well on the iPad.

Downloaded specifically to play Bluetooth head to head multiplayer. Does not work at all. Spent ten minutes of frustration trying every setting to see if it works. It doesn't. My buddy and I are both tech savvy software engineers, so it's not like we didn't know what we were doing.

I have an experience of this game because I play it on my other old iPhone 4S iOS 9. Right now I’m using a iPhone 7+ iOS 11 and this game won’t work with it because it says the developer needs to update the game. So Mr. Developer, if you see this review I wrote, please update your game immediately so I can get this game with an iOS 11 please. 🙁 But out of all this game is perfection. 🙂

there are so many bugs while playing in Bluetooth mode. without both players touching the game, the host is constantly scoring, WITHOUT TOUCHING THE PUCK. Also, very laggy. I bought this because of Bluetooth and I can't even play it. 😡

So i was going through my purchases that I had made a long time ago on my moms phone so I come across this game that was two dollars,
So I came back to it and it’s not even available on IOS anymore

I wanted to see what it would be like what I played back then but I guess not. please update your game

I wish I can go back on the memories that I had on this game. These were the good times 😔

Fun, but when I connected my iPod touch 5 with the same app on my iPod Touch 2, the 2 went to the menu, and my 5 locked up and made a weird noise, u was forced to close the program.

I really love this game and Bought the full version but haven’t been able to play due to developer not updating the game

After playing this for a while, I really, really like it.

The paddle physics is *superb* — even though the play field is smaller, I get to use all the sides of the paddles (except trapping) just like I would on a real-world table.

Framerate (critical for this type game, IMHO) is great -- no hiccups at all.

Graphics are outstanding as are the soundFX.

Things for future versions (all minor)

-online multiplayer (whether wifi, bluetooth, or even internet)
-openfeint or Plus+ (achievements and/or high scores)
-adjustable amount of "rebound force" since energy is being added to the puck whenever it hits a boundry
-ability to pick up the paddle & trap?

minor nits:
-the double-tap to pause needs to be made more obvious
-I got my paddle stuck on the centerline a couple times
-a couple times on the harder championship levels (14+) my paddle couldn't keep up w/my finger

Overall, this is currently my favorite Air Hockey game, the paddles feel natural, I don't feel like the field is occluded too much by my fingers and the physics+gfx+sfx are killer.

4.5/5 stars from an air hockey savant. Definite buy for anyone that has the slightest interest in air hockey.

Pls update to work with latest iOS updates

This game is one of the few good reasons I have found for owning an iPad. Not as awesome on an iPhone, but playable on the 6s Plus due to the ginormous screen.

I love this game. People may think. "What's so amazing about it, all it is is regular air hockey, yet more boring because it's on a screen." Wrong. This game is so fun, mainly for the reason that it's portable! I always play air hockey when I go to an arcade, it's my favorite game there. But it always takes tokens or coins, and take up a lot of space in a house. This costs 99 cents, and it also has so many awesome themes. Personally my favorite is the donut one. ;)

Love the game but can no longer play on my new iPhone. Please update the game for newer ios.

This was the first smart phone app I’ve ever played back in 2011. Id pay 100 dollars just to play this stupid simple game ad free again

When will this be available for the iPhone,i had it purchased but it won’t download,

I like a game for the glitches I find, and when you go inside the puck when it's spawning that's one of the cooler, funnier glitches, 11/10

I really like this game, I don´t know if the game if optimized for iPhone 5, that´s because I see two black lines at the edges of the game screen, but well I guess the game is optimized

I love this game so much I bought it. Now, I am trying to play on my iPhone X and it’s not supported by the software. Can you please fix this issue ? I want to play!

I've had the original one for just a couple of days. And I wanted to download the second version of this game! It isn't very bad! In fact it is very good!

GlowHockey2 is still one of the best of its genre. But it lost support quite some time ago. We’re up to iOS 13 now, and I’m still playing the free version and holding out hope.

This game is fun to play with friends please update it
