This is probably the worst ukulele tuner that I have ever gone or just guitar tuner in general. I have gotten multiple different ukulele tuner‘s I have a ukulele now that it’s a soprano ukulele and I needed a different tuna because it wasn’t this to make you get new ukulele was not picking up on my concert tuner. Even though it is a ukulele obviously you have to change and get a different ukulele tuner because it’s a different type of ukulele.
This tuner won’t even like tell you you’re hitting the right now it just tells you what the note was supposed to sound like and then you just have to tune it by yourself even though you know to my ear is a good lesson to learn when you are learning how to play certain instruments but when you’re just beginning it’s probably not the best idea to do that you need to have an easy tuner like I have a different tutor for my concert ukulele but it doesn’t pick up for this ukulele and this is getting really frustrating not being able to find a ukulele tuner for soprano you feel at least like this specifically says in the description this is designed for a soprano ukuleles and it’s not working for me.

UkuleleTuner was s amazing. I got to get my ukulele tuned in no time! It was great to play it. The tuner has the cords to play, so you know which string to tune. The only downside is the apps everywhere... but hey, it’s a free app! I totally recommend using this. Thanks for reading this review!

Straight forward. Easy to use. Simple. UkuleleTuner does what it claims to do without my having to put too much thought into it. Just 4 simple buttons. I use this every day I play my ukes and haven’t really thought about UkuleleTuner more than I am now as I write this. It’s

Easy and simple to use. Tune by ear only. One change I would like or option to add is to play the sound multiple times with one tap because I want to play my ukulele with the sound and I take awhile to tune it right. Or just hold the sound for like 10 seconds.

There’s no misrepresentation of the service provided here. You will certainly be able to tune your ukulele if you have an ear for musical notes. However, as other reviewers have observed, it would be nice to have the notes repeat a few more times.

I’ve used this for years, but since the last update it doesn’t work at all. The picture is off center and the buttons are unresponsive. I think it might be bc I have my phone adapted so that things are zoomed and large. But whatever the reason, I gotta find another tuner and none are this simple and unfussy as this one .

Its pretty spot on and for months i thought i was able to do it by ear and i was totally wrong! Giving it 4 stars because no tuner, but other than that its useable!

I am a beginner. I was hoping it would be more in-depth but UkuleleTuner was not. I had no idea what to do when I got in UkuleleTuner ! It did not do anything but let me hear what it is supposed to sound like. I had no idea what to do it was not very good. I rated it 2/5 but that’s only because if you were an experienced ukulele player you could use UkuleleTuner but a beginner like me cannot.

Easy to use! I use it for random times when I show up and someone has a Uke to play and no tuner. For anyone that complains about the simplicity, get over it! Your playing a ukulele not a harp guitar!

Ukulele Tuner is awesome and, great. Whenever I need to tune my ukulele I just go on my phone and turn on Ukulele Tuner and, it works. One thing I would change about UkuleleTuner would be, that it could tune another instrument and not coat money.

Sound is correct... but would be much better if it played multiple times. You press it once and then you have to keep pressing it over and over which is hard to do with a ukulele in your hand. 🥺

Thanks for creating an app that is exactly what I need and nothing more, and easy to use with a ukelele in one hand and iPhone in the other!

On your phone this is a godsend for those who aren’t perfect pitch. It trains your ear and your mind to do a needed tuning. Of course practice makes perfect so that is up to the buyer. That’s you DUMMY. And better that’s now the old “U”...YOU.

When the battery died on my tuner, I turned to UkuleleTuner. It's always available, works very well. Won't go back to the battery operated tuner.

A very convenient and dependable tuner. I've used it many times and it has never let me down.

I just got my new ukulele for Christmas and I was having trouble tuning it. I tried a couple apps including this one and I was hoping to play a string and UkuleleTuner would tell me which direction to tune it. But all UkuleleTuner does is play the noise of the string correctly tuned so it’s hard to get my ukulele tuned using UkuleleTuner.

UkuleleTuner is great! All you need to do is press the different buttons for open strings, and you’re done. I definitely recommend UkuleleTuner for uke users.

I've been using UkuleleTuner for a while and honestly? It's probably the best one out there for people who tune by ear. Definitely suggest you download UkuleleTuner

I mean, it works, but it’s more a vehicle for ads than anything. You tap one of four notes, it will play the note, and you tune by ear.
There are much better free tuners out there. If you like tuning by ear, it’s fine. If you want a metered tuner, don’t bother.
