This program creates a huge security issue for a company who is running any type of print managment software on a sever where users are directed to a program that issues an approval before sending a print job to network printers. The issue is created if your printers cam be seen on your network and you have wifi on the network. If you allow users to be logged onto the network with their iPhone with this program users can "see " all of the network printers. They then can print directly from the phone to the printer without being forced to the approval software on the server. I have a network set up in this manor and have directly printed to all my network printers without going to the software

I was hoping that I had finally found an app that I could print from my iphone without having an airprint printer. Though that was what was promised with this app, that is not what I found to be true. What a waste of time this was. Seriously, don't waste your time. I have spent the last hour messing around with it to realize that it just simply doesn't work. I have also called their customer service only to repeatedly get a message saying they are too busy to take my call and that I'd have to call back. Really? Any reputable company has a line set up to put calls in que to wait for customer service so that confirmed for me that this is a joke. Thanks for nothing Cortado!! Wait, thanks for wasting about an hour of my time!!

I have an Okidata printer. Since I saw a press release from Okidata naming Cortado as their partner, I was not deterred when the app did not work properly. Problems ranging from not finding the printer, printing blank pages, and printing intermittently. After many weeks of working with support and providing log files, Cortado simply responded with "Sorry, we can't help you". Another comment was that I was printing a file too large for Cortado to handle. The funny thing is, I was printing the same one page PDF file of Google home page for testing purposes, and it only print some of the times. Cortado is not a functional solution.
