If it would allow you to enter places without having to actually be there using GPS coordinates it would be very, very helpful to Rideshare drivers. But if you’re somewhere new, and need to find the closest toilet you’re better off with a used GPS running all the time.

TF will show open Public toilets but not necessarily the closest available toilets.
Often showed only large shopping centers and not fast food restaurants, gas stations or grocery stores that have available facilities. It would be nice if it also showed baby-changing facilities.

I was in Sicily and really need a toilet. ToiletFinder till me right around the corner to a well hidden and very clean public toilet.

Pretty cool App. Just downloaded it. Seems like it could be very useful when in need of finding a restroom in a new town, expecially as a tourist. When adding a new location however, it simply shows the toilet location by address. It would be cool to be able to report more info like... the name of the shopping mall or building it's located in. Perhaps even being able to give a descripition of location so the anxious toilet searcher can find it as easy and as quickly as possible....

Didn't let me specify address or how to access said toilet. No wonder the data that's on here is so useless. Leaves to searching for a toilet like a scavenger hunt.

Unattractive, very slow to load, but - when it does work - it can be useful. Maybe.

The trouble is that its extreme slowness in loading data means that it could take forever to load the toilet list in more heavily populated areas (say, central Paris). And when you've gotta go, you've gotta go! By the time the toilet list finishes loading, you very well could have a nice stream of warm fluid running down your leg, ruining your designer jeans.

ToiletFinder store link for this app Support is also useless, as it goes to the developer's Flash-based web site that offers no help at all. When will French developers stop messing with Flash and deliver some substance?

I wish it would have the names of the building or businesses that these are in because it's hard to find the bathroom if it is in a congested area.

I'm bit going to be too harsh because this first rev is good for immediate needs, however, the map overlay (at least in NYC) is terrible. Locations are not correctly mapped and often 4-13 streets off. If you're not familiar with the area you'll be lost. users must cross reference address w another map app to find location. Business name integration would be helpful for search and find. Would like ability to sort by distance to your location - yet this won't help if the mapping functions aren't fixed first. When you do get to the location, yes in fact there is a b-room that's usable to public, so there's that.

as the community grows and new locations are added, this will be a great app for especially those who are on the road all day. as another wrote, it would be great there was a "notes" field where one could expound and be descriptive on the particular restroom, ie. cleanliness, exact location, etc. i predict in a few months ToiletFinder will be much more thorough. to the makers of ToiletFinder , PLEASE ADD A DESCRIPTION FIELD, and thanks for the great app!

... This SHOULD be a good app. But even with the few listed in NYC, they are inaccurate. For example, the map indicator icon says the nearest bathroom is on Sullivan and w. 3rd St, but click on the icon and the address says it's on W. 11th. Huh? Why don't they match. Some bathroom-finder algorithm doesn't match with Google maps. And seriously, it's like that for ALL OF them in NYC. The MoCA is listed as being on Varick St???? Uh, no.

I agree that they name of the business or building should be indicated. Also, the days & hours the bathroom is available. Another thing that would be is the location within the business or what it is close too if not in a building. Otherwise I think this is a great idea. Sometimes you just need to stop.

I wish that ToiletFinder would search after you pan the map. The way it works now it only reports bathrooms close to your current location. I'd like to see them for a place I'm going to be in the future.

ToiletFinder is poorly designed and programmed. It's slow, you don't get the name of the facility, and there are hardly ANY toilets in NYC. I mean yes I know they say only certian parts of the world right now and the data is growing, it does take time to gather data. But I mean come on, manhattan is a big one. SitOrSquat is the best toilet finder hands down that I know.

Useful to find highway rest stops in the US. Wish I could update info once it's been submitted.

A good start, nice interface. Suggest adding way of entering a location, not just using current location.

This would be a great app if people didn't mess around and list private homes all over the area.
A search from my home yielded only private homes when I know of 10 public restrooms around the corner on the main road.

I was at a public place and I wanted to add a toilet however because I did not have the address it would not work.

Also there is no useful data.

I am keeping this application hoping for an update so users can fill the database.

I'm a truck driver so using ToiletFinder to find the nearest restroom is very useful at times when I really need to go lol
