I can’t say enough good things about Jot Not app. It was a life saver for me. I was at a showing and the client wanted the house There was a mock on the door and a person stopped by wanting to see the house that had only been on the market for 1 hour. I told him he would need to call the company on the for sale sign to set up an appt to show but to him. We sat at the kitchen table and wrote up the offer and thanks to Jot Not it was faxed to the company and the offered was signed and was a contract within the next hour. Without jot not that would not have happened instead of jot not I call it jot not - joy now

I LOVE JotNot!! It saves me so much time & money too. Being able to take a pic of documents & fax or email them with my phone is genius. I use it weekly to send my calendar of availability to my managers & have also used it for bank documents, & a credit card dispute I had to deal with. It is so nice to not have to go into town to use a copy & mail service. Technology has come so far over the last 10 years & this is just one more way to simplify life as we know it. Well worth the $4.99 I paid to upgrade JotNotScannerApp & have unlimited access.

I remember having to drive to a store to send a critical document. No more needing to own your own personal fax and a paying for a landline. No more sending bad pictures of paperwork people cannot accept. This takes the image of the form you capture and makes it appear like a PDF. I am so happy to be able to email or fax forms out as soon as possible. It’s an absolute necessity. I have never had any problem with it ever. Great job with this utility.

I use it to scan documents and email to clients, or just email to myself for keeping papers on my computer. Easy interface, scanner tries to identify page you are scanning but often gets it wrong, but that’s not a big deal, just adjust the margins easily by dragging near the corners. Free version is super useful in itself and for most people all that you need.

I was buried in papers and worry about keeping parts! Spent $5 on this, got a small shredder and my life is totally different! We have a place to put “needs to be scanned” and “needs to be shredded” (essentially the same place - we shred one we’ve scanned/uploaded) and it makes life so much easier - especially when out and need to look “something” up. Honestly, it changed our entire home filing/mail org system!!

Works as described but I paid for the pro version. When I got a new phone it would not download. Contacted jot not. They say to contact Apple. Contacted Apple and they say to contact Jot Not. It is cheap and I could just buy it again but I refuse to reward the developer for their mistake so I am back to using the free version. Just know that pro version is only good until you get a new phone.

I have used JotNot for at least the past four years. I love that I can email all the documents for free or fax, when necessary, for supercheap. The best part is I can take a picture of something and turn it into a black-and-white copy and adjust the level of contrast so it's really nice and clear for the recipient to read. This is such a great app for my small bookkeeping business.

I have a paperless office and JotNotScannerApp makes my smartphone is a great mobile scanner. Also very handy while traveling, to scan a few pages of something for the folks back home (menus, tourist attraction signs, anything that works better as a scan than a photo). Can also seamlessly upload the scans to my Dropbox without leaving JotNotScannerApp .

Twenty years I’ve been in IT and I have yet to find a single scanner that works better than this one app.

The only thing I could wish for more is that they’d either create a finance app that can capture an image of a receipt or they’d license it out to MoneyWiz’s people. (Their money management app is great but their receipt image capture is terrible!)

PDF scanner on your phone, can scan several items and merge into single document. JotNotScannerApp is one of the few I have purchased that still performs the task for which it was originally purchased, unlike so many apps that were great for a year or two, only to dissolve and disappear.

Switching from my boat anchor scanner to jot not brought me into the mobile digital scanner era!! On average for a weeks’ worth of travel expense receipt tracking, I’ve saved at least 1/2 day futzing with the paper and merging pdf files online. Don’t even spend a minute thinking about using JotNotScannerApp...just use it!

I've only just used JotNot for almost 2 years
Now it's simple take a pic and email to anyone. Can also fax if needed via JotNotScannerApp . I like that it stores my previous docs for future use. Totally recommend instead of having to pay per page for documents.

Daily use app for me, as many others have already said, the update workflow is NOT intuitive. Figuring out how to go back and edit previous pages is a royal pain. The way it worked before was way more intuitive. The multi-select feature is nice but don’t RUIN the core functionality of a great app just to add a cool new feature.

WON’T be recommending this until this crappy workflow is fixed.

I’ve had this service for years. Changed from an iPhone 5 to iPhoneX and all my documents were saved. Changed from an iPhone X to an XS...No problem. Changed again a month ago due to an iPhone problem and now I lost all my documents. It looks like you have to pay now to store documents in the cloud. If this is a new change then they should have alerted all users. I click on settings now and it says that I have to upgrade to Pro to use features that I have been using for years!

Works really well, you can customize the settings, and I love being able to upload docs easily to my Dropbox. Also, I had a question and tech support emailed me back right away, that was a plus.

I love JotNotScannerApp! It is so easy for me to scan class handouts and post to the class website! This way I don’t have to worry about making additional copies for make-up work! I also love being able to fax documents via my phone!

Very good app where you can convert documents into a PDF and e mail them off. Good if you have a document that's only a few pages that you want to scan. I wish it would automatically convert everything to your iPad. They should create an iPad version of JotNotScannerApp.

JotNotScannerApp saved my life! I am in sales and design and I have to scan drawings in after measuring spaces and meeting with clients . JotNotScannerApp lets me scan from wherever I am during the day and sends directly to my email so I don't have to wait till the evening to get home and scan.

This is the Little App That Can! I use it for legal docs, saving things for travel, for reading, for sharing, you name it. We used it when we bought and sold our homes and for lots of school-related items. I have recommended it countless times.

Excellent app when it works. I paid $7 for premium, as I need to scan lots of papers to submit to an online class. Any time I try to scan 15 or more pages, JotNotScannerApp crashes. Every time. Even after closing JotNotScannerApp and restarting my phone entirely. A little disappointing given how much I paid.
