The radio content is exceptional!

The Ap, Not so much. Many of the podcasts, like the interviews were something that I visited nightly, however lately the section is not updated and blank.

I stream the content in PHX and the videos before the content are awful from a use standpoint. If you start the stream and then go to another Ap like maps or Waze to begin your drive, the Fan Ap stops the stream, forcing you to watch the video ad before starting your drive. I’m sure many people have put themselves at risk doing this while driving. So frustrating!

Love the shows and the hosts! The functionality of DenverSports is inconsistent and frequently broken. Love the recent change that tracked what you already listened to, but now that’s already broken. Loved the function that let one podcast show run after the next instead of shutting off at the end of the show. Now, that doesn’t work either. Doesn’t load podcasts sometimes. Please, work out the bugs!!!

Many mention the ads but IMO no big deal, radio stations play ads. I rate 1 Star bcs the on demand playback is terrible. Very slow to acknowledge a click let alone actually play on demand interviews. Probably 1/3 - 1/2 of the interviews don’t play at all and that is consistent across Wi-Fi and mobile network. I do not listen to Terry W’s outdoor segments, but it’s clear he or his producers care and get their content posted timely. Interviews from weekdays are delayed often for a day or more which in sports world massively reduces relevance of a lot of the interviews. Would listen to a lot more if actually worked. Why don’t they just put it in a podcast app?

I love The Fan, been listening for years on my commute and use DenverSports pretty frequently at home. I don’t have an issue with DenverSports like many other reviews, but I DO have an issue with the number of Alerts. The Pop Ups used to be only for BREAKING NEWS or a final score, which was awesome. Now, I get an alert every time someone posts a new article on the website, which is stupid. I’m turning off Alerts, I have enough interruptions in my day, I don’t need non-emergency ones from my Sports Radio.

I can understand some minor gripes about DenverSports . I’ve been using it for years and occasionally run into some issues but as a whole DenverSports awesome and getting better. The recent updates have definitely been an improvement over an app I already loved using every day.

My go-to for sports talk radio. Favorite show to listen to is The Drive. Love it!

I use to exit out as soon as I hit DenverSports because it would be another broken record commercial. And it would go to the show without hearing the commercial. Now you have two that pop now! Both commercials that are broken records. Get some new ads. So now I exit out and have to exit out again. You ad another again like you just did, I will delete DenverSports and the station and never listen again. I’m from CO and live in FL now but your brokeN record commercials are getting old!!! Maybe get new sales staff

The prior version was a bit clunky on the podcast playback but it still worked. This new version is attractive, but you got rid of the 15 sec forward and backward buttons? It’s impossible to go back or forward by less than 3 minutes dragging the timing bar... I appreciate a refined look and a smoother experience but losing those buttons was big mistake. I’ll maybe try using the apple podcast app maybe.

Loved the previous version of DenverSports and never had an issue with it. Currently if listening to a podcast, once the episode ends it doesn’t auto play the next. So you have to start it up again. Also when swiveling away from DenverSports when trying to listen live, during the ad, the ad will pause and get
stuck so you have to close out DenverSports .

if I didn’t love 1043 the fan and its hosts/staff so much I would never use DenverSports. It loses the stream constantly. Out of Colorado I’m subjected to endless loops of annoying national commercials repeated over and over. Why can’t I have my Colorado commercials? If mute those annoying commercials it turns the stream completely off. And now the podcasts have a feature that won’t let you playan episode more than once. Dump DenverSports and get a decent one,maybe like the one SiriusXM has.

I enjoy the content but consider raising the pricing for your advertisers so you don’t have to play so many commercials. It’s hard to get through all the ads for the content, which is almost always great. The number of ads inevitably makes me switch to another channel, personal music etc.

UPDATE 1: They have taken the add off that you are forced to watch before you can listen. With that being said, I think DenverSports is great now. You can text and call the show directly from DenverSports . Glad they changed their mind on this.

Update 2: Nevermind. Ads are back on. I deleted DenverSports . What a complete joke of a radio station. No wonder half their talent has left and are now on altitude radio.

They updated DenverSports and now you have to watch a video before you can listen. Better hopefully your connection doesn't fail because then you have to start DenverSports again and watch more adds.

Update: So now instead of a 15 second video you have to watch a 30 second video. Thanks The Fan!

As other reviewers have noted the ads are the most annoying aspect of DenverSports... I already have to listen to the normal commercials, but I also have to watch a dumb ad, multiple times sometimes if the connection gets disrupted...
But otherwise I am very grateful for DenverSports do that I can listen to the shows here in Budapest!

The newer version is easier to navigate around than the older version. Although, this is still be biggest piece of crap app out there. DenverSports seriously crashed twice while writing a two minute review. Unreal that a station like 104.3 has such a worthless app. Upload DenverSports if you're looking for an app to buffer or drop 30 to 40 times in playoff Sunday. Go to I-Heart and stream KOA 850 if you want a app that never crashes.

I enjoy being able to get my sports fix of my Denver teams since moving away. The podcasts are great as is the live broadcast.

When they’re available. For most part of the year it’s almost impossible to get the podcasts from the site. It’s quite aggravating because it hasn’t always been this way. For someone such as myself who is out of state and loves Denver sports, it’s disappointing that this issue doesn’t know how to be resolved.

This latest update seems to do a better job on ads. Unfortunately, it crashes every other time I switch to it and I can only get the audio to play about two thirds of the time.

As noted in all of the reviews, the live stream is unreliable at best. It seems if you so much as sneeze, it drops out, frequently requiring restarting, which means you have to listen to David Shimanski hawk his mortgage company again. If I didn't like the programming so much, I would have deleted DenverSports long time ago.

The latest update is buggy and forced me to listen to the terrible ads by USM and the Tax guy. Seriously, I’ll just stop listening to the station, of which I usually listen to all day, if I am forced to watch ads and it continues to bug out (which forced me to watch more ads).

Disappointing...

Love the station but the shows are never updated like they used to. Also if I get any messages on my phone while the ad plays it freezes and I have to restart my phone to use DenverSports again.

Get rid of the stupid app ads. There are radio ads already!

Ap also freezes up if the connection gets reset, have to open DenverSports and restart the live feed.

If listening while driving and it freezes I guess just listen to something else because it's not like you should be managing that while driving.

The video ads are annoying. If you have to pause for any reason it makes you sit through a 30 second ad to resume. Now, DenverSports crashes when trying to listen to a show podcast. Great station but worst app ever!

I moved from Colorado to California and I really do need my 104.3 the fan!! I don’t have to mention the issues because everyone else already has. Please help us stay connected. GO BRONCOS!!

Once they get a sponsor, every time you connect, you get blasted with an obnoxious, long, video ad. If there is a glitch, you come back in and get the ad again. I use an alternative streaming app that just presents a picture of an ad. Wake up guys, this is embarrassing to the station.

First you have to listen through a 30-second commercial just to get to the live stream. Then you get to listen to the live commercials. Then you periodically get booted out and have to start the whole commercial riddled process over again.

Doesn’t work right. Often fails to even when you have data. Controls don’t work right on lock screen and it’s basically crappy. Great content but app is a huge fail. Who do they pay to make this?? Schlereth?

I love The football segments,especially Stink & Mike. Unfortunately DenverSports it’s self is really poor. Half the time it won’t run after numerous attempts or it will stop every 30 seconds!! I’m not sure why they put out such great content with an app that is vastly unreliable!

The live stream stops frequently for no reason. Having to open DenverSports and press play every few mins get old quick.

Way to many adds! Their is more add time then actually radio talk time! It’s unbelievable. I really like listening to Mike and Schlereth but the adds draw me away from listening.
