Hi, I buyed a prepaid sim card for all europe with 15 go internet in Vienna and since i'm in another country (France) the 4G doesn't work Number : 06767389779 Name : Malak Chalbi
Meine Kundennummer ist 1.15255546. Die Telefon Nummer ist +43 650 663 9100 Betrifft: SIM card für I-Phone 13 Bis jetzt verwende ich ein i-Phone s6. Heute habe ein neues i-Phone 13 bekommen und musste feststellen dass die alte SIM- Karte nicht passt bzw. zu groß ist. Könnte mit G5 zu tun haben. Ist problematisch für mich da ich längere Zeit in den USA bin und das neue Telefon nicht nutzen kann. Magenta kann aber meines Wissens eine eSIM Karte elektronisch übermitteln ohne eine passende physisch Ersatzkarte an mich am Postweg zu senden. Kann ich vielleicht Hilfe bei T-Mobile USA bekommen? Mit der dringenden Bitte mich über die weitere Vorgangsweise zu unterrichten. Vielen Dank Fritz Boschitsch

Seit drei Wochen funktionieren nur ein Teil meiner TvKanaele und nach zahlreichen Anrufen verbunden mit langen Wartezeiten, Besuch eines Service Techniker ist nichts geschehen um due Sache in Ordnung zu bringen. Eine interne Kommunikation ist scheinbar nicht existent.
