I’m a big weather enthusiast and have multiple weather apps. Recently, the last three or four days AccuWeather won’t recognize any other locations. I deleted and reloaded the app. The other locations I had have now dropped and I’m unable to load anything but my current location. my other apps such as The Weather Channel@ & Weather Bug work just fine. Please advise.
Cannot enter any locations. Message 'not found' appears after first letter is entered. Been happening for two weeks. Have tried deleting and re-adding and resetting iPhone. No luck.
The radar has not worked all day
The app has had no forecast data for at least several days now. Radar is present, but the app has zero in forecast or alert info. This is the case on both an Amazon Fire TV box and on a Sony Bravia running Google. Perhaps Accuweather's CEO could kick some of his $720K salary to a laid-off empoyee or starving student and get this fixed ? A weather app that has stopped delivering forecasts ... wow, I can't think of a better way of diminishing the value of the Accuweather brand.
Accuweather free app is installed on my Sony Bravia 2019 vintage. Sometimes it doesn’t open with all the functions, just maps, locations, and preferences - it’s missing the current conditions, hourly forecast, and daily forecast. I have a Phillips Smart TV. I installed Accuweather on it when I got it over a year ago. The app was working just fine until a week or two ago. It brings up the Current Weather screen but no temperature is shown. The Daily and hourly information does not show either. The radar does come up also as do settings. I've uninstalled the app from the TV and reinstalled it but these things still do not come up. Any help you can render would be greatly appreciated. I have checked the app every day since I first installed it and have come to rely on it for accurate weather information.
Radar map doesn't work. My town doesn't have a red mark and it doesn't show movement or weather.

45 day forecast is not working. Can scroll through 10 day forecasts, but can’t scroll through 45 day forecast. Can select and view any day on the 10 day forecast, but can’t select any day on the 45 day forecasts.
Daily and hourly lists not working, must go to extended and graph
It tries to take me to another site to do traveling back east. I just want the weather for my area. I use it all the time I’m a school bus driver. It’s a great app when it works.

AccuWeather when opened pops up immediately showing no network connection? I can open any other app and no problem? I have to restart my phone to get AccuWeather to work for about 10min and close it and open again, no network connection.
Screen is frozen on an advertisement
A few days ago, my windows 10 accuweather app quit working. A zero is displayed for temp and I have no city available. I have relied on this app for years with excellent operation. Please repair this app!
Accuweather app on win 10 not working says 0 degrees, won't load a city
It does not load data for the last few days. It has become a background for endless advertising. Subscription is ridiculously high. It used to be the best, now it’s the worst weather app.
Accuweather Radar crashes desktop computer causing it to restart, losing data. Desktop Computer: Intel i7 processor 64 GB RAM 256 GB SSD 5 TB HDD Ubuntu Linux 22.04 LTS Vivaldi web browser Current updates to all software AccuWeather Radar worked fine for years without problems until about 6 months ago. Now when opening the AccuWeather Radar website, the computer immediately crashes and restarts, losing data. No other websites cause this problem.
The Acurite wireless weather station only works once in a while. New batteries have been installed but getting any feedback in off and on. Is the satelite not working? Joe

I have accuweather on a widows 11, hp computer it was working up to about 2 or 3 days ago and now it won't load
I have an android phone that keeps losing internet connection only when starting the accuweater app, all other apps keep there connection. The only way to regain connection is to shut off and then turn back on the internet. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app with no luck. Thanks, Steve
App stopped working 10 days ago, on the 20th of January 2023. Frozen on this date. Can still navigate the cities & days. No crash. Everything else works fine. Issues from their side. BlackBerry Passport - OS 10.3.3xx (yep)
Last 10 days "connection failed" when opening widget
The icon has gone dark and pressing on it will not launch the app. Trying to download it again from the app store it doesnt fully load in the app store either so I cant even download it. I’m using iOS 15 so whats wrong?
Radar screen is overlaid with ad for "Explore Wintercast". It has happened over 20 times. It won't let me look at radar after only a couple of seconds, and no matter what I do, I cannot get back to radar. Frustrating! Please fix!
