Corkz Status

When I open the app ,it’s a black screen with the message “ sever cannot be found”

Server down last several days. Black screen. Everyone complaining. When will server be back up?

Cork z comes up black and says there no server could be found with the corkz host name. I have used this app for years but it has been down for at least 2 days. Thanks for looking into this!

Using iPhone 13 Pro Max running ios 16.0.2 and fresh download of latest Corkz app. Cannot scan UPC codes -- error 11: The Scandit SDK validation failed.. Make sure your app key is valid and check your account for available device activations. Corkz has access to camera in Setting. My cellartracker account is active -- account 24295.

For the past 3 weeks when I attempt to scan the barcode on a bottle of wine the following error message appears. The barcode itself cannot be seen on my iPhone screen. Error 11: The Scandit SDK validation failed.

Same as other comments. I get error 11 and bar code scanner does not work anymore. The app has access to camera and is linked to CellarTracker. Please help. I asked support about this months ago and got no response at all.

Scanner has not been working for weeks. Now entire app failing to open "internal error 500." Love this app so hope it gets resolved soon.

Corkz will only give me error code 404. I’ve been adding a lot recently through Cellar Tracker. Suggestions?

I have used this app for years & love it but it is useless to me if I can't use the scanner. Please help!! Thank you

In the past, I used to access your database without a subscription. Now your app talks about validation needed for using the bar code reader. Maybe that has changed and it is no longer possible. But when I tried to register a free account, after completing the required fields, your system does not allow me to complete the process. There is no single key available other than dismiss. Thank you.
