Close and restart the TanZen app on iPhone
Update TanZen app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TanZen iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TanZen on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TanZen network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix TanZen not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TanZen app issues:

Force Stop the TanZen App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TanZen app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TanZen to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TanZen App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TanZen app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TanZen.

Fix TanZen unable to contact server/ TanZen internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TanZen » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TanZen » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TanZen on android.
