The game is updated as is my device , I've been trying to play for the last hour but crashes when loading

Keeps saying loading but nothing . Have re installed but still the same

Hi I’m on level 182 and for the last 20 levels I haven’t been receiving the blue lotus’s when completing the levels at first I thought it was that you wouldn’t receive them every level but the game isn’t producing them for me at all. I have the game on another device of mine and it’s working fine but on my iPhone where I’m on my highest it’s not working properly. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Thanks for you help :)

A purchase was made but it was an error. Please help. I’m not sure what was purchased but the amount was 18.97

The app will take your money and not give you the lives and coin you paid for. Additionally, Zen Match support will do nothing about it and refuse to refund you and then eventually just ignore you when you keep trying to ask for a resolution. They just take your money and run.

OK my question is on my Zen game app just purchased the $6 and 99 cents know my game want play like normally does or moving to the next level so I can continue to play on my game so what must be done to fix this issue I got to download Zen match again hope not like I'm looking my money very upsetting!!

The ads in zen match don’t load for monthly gmes

I updated Zen Match now I can’t go to Zen place to Decorate it says connection required. I turned internet on and I still get same message. What can I do to fix issue.

Why have the icons been replaced by a annoying advert can’t use coins even if I buy them as can’t scramble at all, can see not the only one with this problem

I have coins and I have been saving shuffles etc so I can binge them later on. The shuffle and other icons have disappeared from the bottom of the screen which is now blank so I can’t even use the coins. How can this be rectified?I am on level 506 and don’t want to delete the app.

The screen no longer gives the option to reshuffle the remaining tokens. Can you help. I have bought coins but can’t find a way to use them

The functions at the bottom of the screen aren’t there. I have coins to use but not able to use them! Frustrating!

I enjoy the game on my iPad but for the last week or so the functions at the bottom of the screen (scramble for 10 coins, return tile for 20) have disappeared. I have a number of coins but have no way to use them, and no way to advance to the next level by buying more chances. Please fix this glitch. Thanks.

First of all let me say, I love Zen match! I have it downloaded on my iPad and play every day. I download it to my phone, but it will not let me play games from previous days or months. Please help me with this because I really enjoy playing!

I bought credits yesterday. Today I’m not able to access them. Advertisements are taking over

Why I can not play previous daily match games? If I don’t play the game the same day I can not play it another day.why? Or how can I overcome this problem? Thanks

I have problem to load advertising to play order days puzzles... just loading and loading.

I downloaded the App. It works on my phone. However, when I go to use it on my IPad. It says it’s loading, then it crashes!!!! What would be the reasoning for this? I deleted the App from my phone as well as my IPad and reinstalled only on my iPad. It is still doing the same thing. Also I paid not to have any ads and now I cannot even use it as the game keeps crashing Please get back to me ASAP to explain. Thanx for your time, Deb

The boosts at the bottom will not show for about a week or more now.

I made a purchase in zen match and was never given the bundle. I purchased the 39.99 bundle and was charged but not credited the bundle. Please either give me my purchase or refund my money.

I purchased coins. It did not go through the first time. I did it again and it still did not go through. I checked my bank account and it charged me for both purchases of $18.18 for each purchase. I did not receive any coins.
