I was really excited for this upgrade to Hallmark+ (considering the yearly rate went up by $20, which companies don’t usually do). I thought, fine, they are starting some rewards and connecting their platforms. They’ll probably do some app updates. But no. I also had/have an issue with connecting my accounts, which I thought was taken care of. Seems it is not because the young man at check out at the Hallmark store told me they don’t look like they are linked…also, specifically to HallmarkCardsNow, it took me around 40 minutes to finally check out with a physical card to be mailed because the interface is old and basic, and kept glitching, so ai had to start over. (And yes, HallmarkCardsNow is updated.) Someone also said a favorites feature would be helpful to favorite cards that you like, which I totally agree with. Overall, I think you need another app designing department to upgrade the apps overall. Very clunky, slow, not user friendly, and they glitch.
