Very poor user interface and education

There is no notion of what the application is called or where to get it when you purchase the kit. Also this application isn’t even linked anywhere on their website. Worst of all, I figured out this application after performing the procedures, and this app forces me to wait for 10 minutes and provides no option to skip it. This user experience is abhorrent.
There is only a note saying that we should search for the YO app in AppStore, and this note isn’t even on their guide on the home page. The name of the application isn’t mentioned anywhere convenient.

The app provides a walk through video of how to navigate everything. I was able to download the full report of my husband’s results to share with our doctor. I definitely recommend! (Obviously you need the testing kit and device that goes with the app)
