Is it a FUBU space, or is it a space for all PoC?

I’ve been on the app for about a week and a half now and the first 5 days, I was feeling it under the guise of Spill being a social media app created by black employees who used to work for Twitter. I’m 10 toes down when it comes to supporting my Black community, but the longer and the more I use the app, the more I realize how so many people have a white supremacy mindset. There are so many Latinx and Brown ppl who are referring themselves to “PoC” because they have melanin skin, & they’ve been oppressed as well. We’re the minorities, right? We can’t get together?? If we cannot get together, how will this app EVER chart to #1 again? Like be forreal. What kind of space is this? I’m here for the black culture positivity, but the energy is real lame and real tired when it comes to who we can and cannot give the invite codes to. TIRED. That’s why this app is not in the top ten. Now sip THAT tea, hunny.
Wait For Future Update

When I first got Spill I expected it to be pretty good based off of the reviews. I ended up waiting an entire 4 days on the waitlist to be able to even access the app. On top of this, once I got in, everything seemed pretty half-baked. The majority of the features were lackluster and the design of the app wasn’t very aesthetically pleasing. There were also loads of bugs, and even times when the app would crash seemingly randomly. I don’t, however, think it was the worst app(hence the 2 star rating), especially since it’s in early development. I hope that the developers fix everything that needs to be fixed and figure out the waitlist, but as it is now I would wait to get it until there is updates and patches fixing these things. I will update my review when things are fixed.
Decent. But odd design choices

The app is decent. But there are some weird design choices still. Idk how to explain it but it has pieces that works together but then things that dont Like search… doesn't seem to be that useful because searches seem limited. You can only search for users and hashtags?? - you guys have to fix that. MultiImage posts on profiles dont show the images just an icon. Meaning you have to tap, view the post to see if its interesting or not, its a waste of a tap. The hashtag dropdown seems to show popular hashtags used previously… but not always made clear whats being used ATM. Maybe highlight the days Top5/Top10 hashtags…
Just feedback. Hopefully you guys consider.
