Can’t use the points

Tried to use some of the 619 points that I have. I followed the instructions on the site…and there was never an option to use my points. No “slider bar”, no drop down, no nothing. So I bought it at full price and earned more points that I won’t be able to use.
Terrible service

Don’t see how you drop an app give out codes that don’t specify anything and then you can only use on full price items when most the website is marked down. App literally say that or on website don’t find this out until you email customer service. Terrible rollout.
